I was saddened to learn of your closure after years of enjoying your food first at China Grill and then W's China Bistro. Roberto and Fernando would often sit with us during our meals to chat. I feel like I have lost one my favorite possessions. Good luck to all of your future endeavors. Be well - be safe, Richard & Berta

I have been dining at Ws since it first opened. It's not simply the best Chinese food in the South Bay but one of the best in Los Angeles. Always consistent, always great service. And very moderately priced. Also a nice bar. Last night we brought a party of five and had spring rolls, calamari, dumplings, and then launched into garlic noodles with chicken, orange chicken, sweet and sour chicken, fried rice, sezchuan vegetables, and more. You can also customize any dish. Hats off to this establishment and owner Closing ? Oh nooooo ! Greatest South Bay restaurant closure since Gina Lees and Restaurant Marengo's closed ! Now there are ZERO good restaurants in South Redondo. My kids don't even venture down there anymore. Sad.

Very sad to see W's permanently close their doors. They were a staple restaurant in Redondo Bch with the food always being consistent with a nice bar selection. Wish they would reconsider and reopen this great restaurant. W's will be very much missed!!

Great restaurant, I've been coming to W's with my mother and friends for years. I am sad to find out that now this restaurant is permanently closed. Thank you W Bistro family for always attending all of us with kindness, the menu was delicious, and you were always making my special request of my garlic scallops! We will miss all of you, the entire crew. I hope you guys re-open. Keep us posted!

So beyond sad to hear W's is closing! The food here is absolutely amazing. Best in town. Supposedly the closure is because they lost their lease...I wish they could open at another location. So bummed!

HOTTER THAN HELL IN THERE !!!!! terrible terrible heat stroke trying to eat dinner everyone was complaining I mean everyone this place should be shut down because of the heat one person said the air conditioning was fine that it was hot in there because the doors are open and they tell another customer oh the air conditions broken make up your mind which it is gonna guess they take it vantage of the nice Redondo Beach ocean air and just don't even bother to fix the air conditioning or even have one I'm not sure if they even have one we tried to enjoy our dinner in our waiter had the best attitude and was busting his butt to do everything to try to make everyone happy because they were sure a lot of complaining it's sad because the food is good there but it was too hot to even enjoy it I can't believe they charge a price as they do and won't even get here for the people I can guarantee we won't go back there again which is too bad because it's really good food literally everybody was dripping sweat it's like the employees look like battered slaves working their butts off dripping sweat and doing the best they can in those working conditions terrible working conditions for the employees

The restaurant was very busy on a Wednesday night. This to me means that the food is good. We got several dishes and it was clean and tasty. Very good quality food. Come here.

Really good food. I wouldn't order the honey walnut shrimp here, Came with just a few pieces, not worth it. Doesn't taste good. There's wonderful chinese restaurants in Chinatown with large dishes of this dish, even City Wok has a better version of this dish. I really liked the garlic noodles and the beef broccoli. It's not authentic, but it's good for the area. Expensive.

This place is incredible. The food is amazing, the prices are very reasonable, and the portions are nicely sized.

Notice: This restaurant now includes a 25% Gratuity added to the food bill, no matter how many people are in the party. It's blended into the bill, some people won't notice this and add their normal tip of 15 to 25% when paying; so now the restaurant is sometimes getting 40 to 50% Tips and the service has never been that great here. The food and service here is okay. While there for "Zen" Hour (Happy Hour) I had the Chinese Chicken Salad, General Chicken Plate and the Fried Rice. It was all pretty good; however what seems to be the norm at all restaurants now days with the "Left Driven Inflation" is "Pay More - Get Less" Once again, watch for that automatically added 25% Tip!

Food is great but they have worse than banker hours anymore. Every time I try to go it’s closed or it opens at 4 and closes at 8. Almost impossible to ever eat there anymore, very disappointed.

Leaving two stars because the food is pretty good. Here is a summary of my last 3 interactions: A few months ago ordered delivery, received the completely wrong order. Contacted the restaurant and they told me I can come pick up the correct order but it may take a little time because they are busy. Unacceptable. Last month - Told me they are not doing takeout at the moment and only dine in. A Chinese restaurant that doesn't do take out...odd. Last week - ordered take out and received half my order. How hard is it to order food and get what you ordered? The consistency in messing up the order is alarming and will be the last time we do take out. This is a shame as I've been ordering takeout for years here but the service has significantly declined.
