I miss the restaurant. With the takeout only option, the orders take forever, are rarely on time, or they give your order to someone else, and you have to wait longer for them to remake it.

Very happy you are in Redondo. Take out only which we love. Our orders are always ready fast and the food is delicious. Love the sushi, dumplings and that miso soup is fire.

Miso soup and sushi were good, fresh taste. They're pick-up only. No dine in. The menu is located at the entrance. Wait time for order was reasonable. Parking is limited, so try to call in your order ahead of time.Parking: Limited

I'm hoping they were just having a bad night last night. I've got food there before and it was good. Last night everything was off. I ate the salmon from the teriyaki bowl and few bites of rice. Threw the rest away. I also got the tempura shrimp, which is usually delicious, it was also not great, but edible. Not really sure if I will give them another try.

Take out is so fast and perfect for a late night craving. I love this place so much, they never mess up orders as well. Sushi is fresh def get the spicy tuna on crispy rice it's so good. I also love their sauces that come with it.

This used to be one of my favorite spots to order takeout from the fish was fresh. The portions were good sized, and the prices were moderate sad to say that's no longer the case and not only have two out of my last three orders been wrong, but the portions have shrank in size.My order hasn't changed in 2 years but the same amount of food is no longer enough. Won't be ordering from here again.

This yelp page needs to be cleaned up to clarify there's no seating at this location and that the location on the other side of the street is fully closed.

I was in the mood for sushi and wanted something nearby we can to-go since it was raining hard. My date recommended this place and since I was actually craving basic rolls we opted for Yanagi. The menu had a lot to choose from, and although I rarely crave california or spicy tuna rolls, this seemed like the perfect time, especially since It was going to be to-go. _Tuna Sushi Special ($21) 5 pcs tuna sushi and 8 pcs spicy tuna roll. I generally don't care for tuna sushi, so for me this was okay. The spicy tuna itself was nothing to rave about. _Salmon Sushi Special ($18.50) 5 pcs salmon sushi and 8 pcs of salmon avocado roll. The salmon sushi was good and fresh. I actually was more into the salmon and avocado roll. A bit heavy on rice than what I prefer but still good._Caterpillar Roll ($14) Eel, cucumber, topped with avocado. Served with eel sauce. This was actually a mistake on my part. I meant to get a Dragon roll, but miscommunication and got Caterpillar instead. The eel was good, and I was happy to see how generous they were with the avocado. The eel sauce was on the side which was great since I always find the sauces too heavy when dining in. _Baked Blue Crab Roll ($13.50) Baked blue crab, spicy mayo, scallion wrapped in soy paper. Cut to 5 pcs. This was good, and probably my fave out of everything. Fair amount of blue crab and the flavor was light. I would order this again. _California Roll ($6) Crab, avocado, and cucumber. The california roll hit the spot. Good ratio of crab, avocado and rice. I could have used a little more cucumber, but still a solid roll. Sometimes you need to go back to basics and this was that for me. Overall solid place for something quick and basic. I was worried that doing to-go would have made the rice soft, or the rolls not as fresh, but everything was pretty well kept.

5 stars for customer service, 5 stars for the speed. The rolls are good, the reason for 4 stars is due to the rolls falling apart (not rolled tightly enough). They have a great menu. They're also affordable and overall a great neighborhood spot.

Long time customer very dissatisfied. Ordered 45 minutes before closing and received chicken so dry and old was not edible. Tried call and complain but no answer. They never should have plated a protein so dry that was not edible, worst part is is was obvious and they still packaged it for delivery. This was terrible and expensive to boot !!!

I got the spicy tuna on crispy rice and the eel avocado roll and it was definitely worth it.The spicy tuna comes with 5 pieces and it is worth the$10. It comes with its own sauce. The eel avocado roll comes with 8 pieces and it's own sauce too. It's definitely worth it to get a roll and the rice instead of getting the one sashimi dish. Only con is that they don't have a place to sit down and eat the delicious food

Excellent sushi. I've lived in Japan, so I'm pretty picky about sushi. My husband and I usually avoid anyplace with cream cheese in their rolls as "inauthentic" and therefore suspicious in terms of quality. This place has the "inauthentic" rolls with cream cheese and what have you, if that is your taste. But the traditional sushi is quality. Only once have I had anything remotely "fishy" from this place, and that is probably because I walked to pick up my meal and then walked home in the heat. If you are driving for the first time, ignore the giant "Yanagi" sign on the corner. They are in the strip mall across the street diagonally now. They are exclusively grab-and-go at this time. We usually get the blue crab special, and my daughter opts for the salmon sushi special with soy paper instead of seaweed. We also like the blue crab hand roll. When the family wants sushi but I don't, I've opted for the udon noodle soup without any complaints.

Ordered the teriyaki chicken, it was drowning in teriyaki sauce. Make sure you tell them to put it on the side. It's supposed to have vegetables 1 carrot slice and 1 small piece of broccoli and a piece of a cabbage leaf. If you didn't have diabetes when you came here, check your sugar level now
