The chicken crêpe would definitely not impress a Parisian. It arrived to the table barely luke warm on a very uncrowded Sunday afternoon. The creamy sauce was on par with some of Campbell's canned soups. The accompanying 'salad' was a handful of arugula leaves, nothing else at all, which had turned brown at their cut stems with a tablespoon of dressing drizzled over it. Patrons order at the counter, grab their own water in a disposable plastic cup, the waitress brings your food, and does not reappear to ask if you want anything else or clear away dirty dishes in a timely fashion. I won't ever go back. The menu directly across the street is far more scrumptious with lots of variety.

Good food and consistent service make this a must-see in the RB pier area! This place has such a serene atmosphere, it definitely makes you feel like you're in a little cozy, European cafe. All of the staff here are pretty professional and keep the location up to good standards: welcoming, classy and tranquil. This place is especially nice for couples, loners and anyone looking for a beautiful cafe experience!

Sandwiches are mediocre and plain. Coffee is excellent. Staff is excellent and friendly. Atmosphere is nice. Not a French restaurant.

Its not for everyone and that's a good thing! People have really high expectations about cafes and dining out in general. Maybe its just the South Bay people, I don't know. This location in Riviera Village is a simple cafe with a decent selection of bakery items, and some humble breakfast dishes. The staff are friendly, hard-working people. I know this because I eat there 3-4 days a week. Sometimes its just coffee in a nice location before Catalina gets too busy. If you can be content with less, then you will like this place! Its simple, and people should adjust their expectations. Go in with a good attitude and it will be fine, and calm. You can bring your dog if its outside. Its perfect for me because I don't need all the fuss that goes on in the usual traditional breakfast places along PCH. This is not a place to come if you find "Joes", or "The Pancake House" too crowded.

Loved the food. The food was very fresh. The atmosphere was very cute. The decorations of the place was adorable. She replace for a date or to take your family for breakfast.

My Apple French toast was delicious, however Gigi had an upset stomach shortly after eating her Quiche Lorraine and believes it was under cooked. We enjoyed the French cafe atmosphere with a view of the street. Service is minimal, you order and pay at the counter, your plate is delivered to the table and table service is done.

I come here often. Makes you feel like you're enjoying an afternoon in Europe. The salads, sandwiches & lattes are tasty! Service is excellent. They also make flower bouquets!
