We were treated to a sample chicken platter of kababs by the generous of Zayna at neighboring Indian restaurant. The platter was delicious and and everything tasted fresh and flavorful. We cannot wait to try this restaurant again when we get back to this area.

This place is easy to miss because they don't have a huge display/sign or store front you can see from the street. It sits in between two other businesses and upon entering the restaurant, they have plenty of indoor and outdoor seating in the back of the restaurant. Aside from that, they serve Mediterranean and Indian food, so lots of options. I've only eaten from the Mediterranean menu, and I've haven't been disappointed. Their kebabs are delicious, salads are fresh, hummus, dips, combos, and so forth are Amazingly delicious. The prices are reasonable, the portions good, friendly service and they are open late on Fridays and Saturdays.

Not excellent. I won't hold the food against it since it was my first time trying shawarma so it's possible I just don't like shawarma, but the experience was definitely subpar. Also they advertise on their menu that they were featured on Kitchen Nightmares... I'm not sure that's something to brag about.Vegetarian options: Limited vegetarian options at the Mediterranean place, but the South Indian part of the restaurant specializes in vegetarian food. Both restaurants share the same physical space with the "natural bakery and cafe" or whatever it's called.Kid-friendliness: Unless you have a particularly adventurous kid I doubt there'd be anything that they would be super fond of. Maybe if they were raised on food like this but most kids would probably prefer chicken nuggets or the like.

Amazing shish kebab with exceptional service. We flew in to LA from the East coast late in the evening. By the time we got out of the airport to find a restaurant, most were closed. Zayna was about to close, and since his chef left for the day, the owner offered us free baklavas. Leaving the restaurant, the owner called us back from the door and made us shish with sides. The shish had just the right saltiness, well balanced flavor and consistency.

I am not really sure what is going on with this restaurant tonight. I tried ordering online several times through DoorDash and my order was cancelled. I called the restaurant and the woman on the phone told me I had to place the order online for delivery and so I tried again. The order was cancelled again. I called her again and she was very rude on the phone. So I went to their website and I placed an order there. I for a confirmation email but I have no idea if they for my order or if it's even coming. I tried to call their phone number and I get a message saying they are no longer accepting calls from my phone number. I really don't understand, we have ordered here many times.

Hi, my name is Sabir me and my wife are from out of town and we found Zayna’s Flaming Grill their food was so good that it made me feel like climbing a mountain top so that I could yell out to the world how well the food is! So if you’re near by or from out of town I highly recommend 100% to eat at this restaurant. I guarantee you that you will be super satisfied with all of their dishes that you would choose for yourself. Oh one more thing you have to try their deserts because they taste out of this world.Sabir Sa’Id

Bad food. Tasted like it was reheated, or maybe cooked early in the dinner service and left warming until needed.

Came here with my coworkers for lunch to try out their Mediterranean food. The restaurant offers both Mediterranean and Indian food in one location. We've tried the Indian food a couple times but the Mediterranean did not disappoint! We didn't know what to order for our group so the owner assisted us and put together a family meal for us of what he'd think would be enough food for our group. We had the 4-dip with pita bread, falafel, flaming potatoes, salad, rice, beef and chicken skewers, and baklava. I'm usually not a fan of hummus but it was surprisingly good here. The flaming potatoes were delicious! The chicken skewers were tender and moist. The portion size is huge! We definitely over ordered but next time around we'd be more familiar with the menu. The owner was very friendly. The food was delicious. Will definitely be back.

I love this restaurant. The food is fresh and healthy. There are so many choices on the menu there is something for everyone. I had the chicken shawarma plate and it was great. The spices were on point and the chicken was fresh and juicy. The hummus was exceptional, definitely not your boring run of the mill fake hummus. My husband had the beef shawarma wrap and like the chicken it was fresh and full of flavor. The garlic spread was the best I have ever had. The service was great, very personable. Ray the owner is so nice I am so happy they are just a few blocks from our house. We will definitely go there often. Welcome to the neighborhood!!

Randomly found this place, but happy I did. Just happened to be in the area and was hungry. They should really change their signage though because it looks like they just took over the previous restaurant. What I ordered was a lot of food. Healthy, especially since they ran out of rice. Luckily they just substituted with more salad. Service was outstanding. The kid behind the counter was doing everything. He sat me down and handed me the menu, took my order, delivered my drink and food, and took my payment at the counter. There's plenty of free street parking.

First time trying this place and WOW was the food amazing. I ordered a shawarma combo and chicken/shrimp kabob plate. I also ordered fries as appetizers and they were so fresh! Both plates had so much flavor and I appreciate all the side sauces that came with each place!Service was impeccable and Ray the owner was kind/friendly. He really cares about quality of the food and service. We will definitely be back soon! No more Chicken Maison for us! This is way better!

Was excited to try Zayna because of all the 5 star reviews. Food was solid. Plentiful, well seasoned, and tasty. What could be improved upon? The shawarma meats were just good. Not great. Could have been more tender and succulent. And the rice was slightly underprepared. Was hoping to get a bed of fresh, fluffy rice to compliment my shawarma. The fattoush salad was also missing some ingredients. No pita chips (were supposed to be included). Was mostly just lettuce. Not a big deal, because I didn't come here for the fattoush salad. Despite the things that weren't perfect, I still had a good meal. I love how much food Zayna stacks onto your plate. And the pita + garlic sauce absolutely hit the spot. Was a fresh, fluffy, and flavorful combo. Would still return for a hearty, healthy dinner.
