Akami Sushi is a restaurant that offers a beautiful ambiance and is suitable for a date night. The service can be a bit rushed, but the staff is friendly and attentive. The restaurant has a cozy setting and can comfortably accommodate up to 24 people. The food is delicious, with highlights being their incredible fish, incredibly tasty miso soup, and the Caterpillar roll. Their Chirashi Deluxe bowl is a great value for the premium cuts of seafood, although there was no uni and it was replaced by a premium white fish. The shari (sushi rice) can be hit or miss. The cucumber salad is also recommended. It is a good idea to make a reservation as the restaurant is small.
