Update 12/2024: Came here again after a couple of years. Prices are high (what isn't these days), but the sushi and service continue being top notch. We had 3 special rolls and a salmon skin hand roll and left very happy and satisfied. Will try to make an effort to come back more often.

This place is amazing ? The atmosphere is calm and welcoming with soft music playing. Great decor and lighting. Sushi was made to order and is SO fresh! This was the best dragon roll I have ever eaten and I always order a dragon roll! Delicious miso soup. Edamame weren’t salted or need more salt.

A small Japanese sushi restaurant at an unpopular location. Food is on the expensive side, but worth the price. The fish is of high quality, and well prepared. We had Moriawase Nigiri set and Enthusiast Nigiri which serve similar 8 pieces of sushi. The Chirashi Don is delicious and good value.
Let my dasher wait for over an hour. Have no respect for delivery people

Best hidden Japanese place in Redwood City!!! It’s like stepping to Japan when you come here. This food is excellent. Service is always amazing. I love taking friends here for lunch or dinner. Must try in RWC.
