This is honestly the first review I've ever written: I've been to every BR from SSF to Mountain View, and this one is my favorite. (Owner and employees are great)However, I went today to take advantage of it being the 31st. ? Alas there was a note stating they wouldn't be back until 1:40. Bummer, but that's the way it goes. Took a photo of the note to send my neighbor (I was grabbing him something also) and was sending him the photo when the young lady inside rapped on the door. I asked if they were open and was informed in quite the "bratty" tone she was on her break. She marched off and shot me a "bratty" look and disappeared in back.I don't know if she was having a bad day, her coworker didn't show up or is a Detroit Lions fan but this really isn't the attitude to have in a service industry.I wish her a better evening.

I came in right as they closed and wanted to leave a big tip for still serving me. I couldn’t tip more than 5$. Said “maximum tip exceeded”. This is horrible to your staff!!! I am so disappointed. Their service exceeded a 5$ tip. Please change this! Your staff stayed open to serve me and make your business more money!

Great ice cream cakes. 10 out of 10. Really appreciate the attention to detail, great flavor, and quick turnaround time.

They made a mistake on a custom order and would not refund my money. I enjoy the location and continued going to them. Only to have them make a big mistake on another custom order, without making it right. Both occasions involved the owner.

Always understaffed during hours when people usually get ice cream. Worst part: It’s not possible to place an order for pickup. I cannot name another business that won’t let me place an order for pickup. Maybe my bank and Baskin Robbins? BR, you need to get your act together.

Every week I stop and grandkids get an ice cream after school. this time I gave them money and they went inside by themselves. after about 15 minutes I see these customers walking out after my grandkids had gone in. I wondered where they were? I went inside and said what happened? they said they kept helping people except us who were cutting in line and ignored us. so sad kids should be treated with respect. Won't be going there anymore.

This place is okay, the ice cream is fine though the prices are insane! Almost $8 for a milkshake! Overpriced if you ask me.

Seems like under new ownership. Don't order any scoops of sundae, not worth it .. smaller than a kid size scoop and charging every toppings even though no whip cream, nuts or cherry. False advertisement. $9.00 for a one tiny scoop sundae.

I don't get it, ordered 2, 2 scoop sundaes and both scoops were smaller than child sizes filling each cup to the 3/4 level. No hot fudge, no spoon. What's going on here? I've been coming to this BR for years and something has changed. Portions used to be generous and service was great. Won't be coming back for awhile...

Awful customer experience. We arrived prior to closing on Sunday, January 15th. Hours says it closes at 9:30. We arrived noticeably before that. It was pouring rain. Getting kids out of the car. The girl working, with longer dark hair, saw us getting out of the car and literally sprinted to lock the door before we could get there and then ran the other way in the store. I understand doors closing on time, especially on a Sunday. But when a customer is clearly at the store ahead of closing, the door needs to be open. However, what made this particular experience so awful was the girl seeing us and then sprinting to lock us out. If this was my business I would be mortified.

I can't believe it but I've been coming to this Baskin Robbins for literal decades. I'm not saying how many but yes plural. I remember walking my dog here as a child, and it really hasn't changed that much. Obviously it's been remodeled, but the overall experience is consistent. Ice cream on the left, booths on the right attached to the wall, ignore the sherbert, and find all the chocolate flavors. Then get world class chocolate because it's the best of all the flavors. As far as I can tell the prices are fair for ice cream, gelato's crappier cousin, the store is clean, the service is good, and there's a decent amount of parking in the small area they share with a few restaurants. And Baskin Robbins is consistent. Whether you have it here or Indianapolis, you know it will be good-not-great ice cream. They take credit cards and if you're cool with ice cream that's a small step above store bought with a great selection, then it works.
