Anytime I visit Redwood City, I make sure to stop by this Togo’s Sandwiches and Baskin Robbins. They have never failed with their customer service. My favorite sandwich is the California Club and my favorite ice cream flavor is the Jamoca Almond Fudge. I can’t wait to go soon!

I ordered an ice cream cake for my daughter’s birthday party. Unfortunately there was a power outrage at the store the night before I picked up the cake and the cake was ruined sadly. The business owner and artist texted me and they made up a normal bread cake with the same size and almost the same decoration and refunded me the money. It was not exactly what my daughter had expected but I do really appreciate that they tried the best to provide a quick solution. The business owner was responsive and helpful. I would recommend this store to anyone who is considering a special cake for a special occasion.

Baskin Robbins was my first true ice cream love - Rocky Road for life. So glad this location is close to downtown! Parking available in the building (turn right in the driveway after the Baskins) or on side streets - Diller or Franklin. The short walk means that you can enjoy the weather and not spill ice cream in your car <3 <3

Great experience at this location; I believe we met the owner, very polite, knowledgeable, and aware of his customers' needs. My son was looking for the beach day flavor, but they were out, then they offered my son an alternative that was even better, the cookie monster flavor.

No waffle cones but plenty of advertisements about waffle cone specials. No banana, therefore no banana split which is why I chose Baskin-Robbins. I received a bunch of we don't have.
