The owner is like an amazing character from the movies. There’s no snobbery if you are not wine educated like me. The food is a taste of class and craftsmanship. When I travel to the Bay Area, regardless of where I stay, I travel here to get my fix of atmosphere and friendship. Thank you for existing as you’ve made my life better.
The wine and food program are great. The owner, John is such a friendly and warm person and makes you feel at home. He's knowledgeable and passionate about wine. Great place to have a glass or three, learn about wine, and enjoy some conversation!

First, John (I believe that was his name, but the main bartender) was an absolute delight. So much fun to talk to. So much passion about the wine, and his knowledge was A+. He gave us amazing recommendations and we really enjoyed chatting with him.
