The drive mobile order line is messed up. What's the point of ordering ahead if I still have to wait behind people ordering their food? You should move the mobile order line to the right lane and bring the food out to the cars so those people can exit out the first driveway and avoid the window all together
Just made an order knowing the Whipple location is closed for remodeling and A satellite IA being used. PISS Poor result. Order was late , delivery person went to the wrong building , item missing and NO way to get in touch with ANYONE about the issue. Answering machine would NOT take a message and phone number to delivery person Fernando does not go through. Good way for Chick fil a to boost revenue- short orders and be unreachable. Won't be ordering anymore until the main store is open and maybe not then either
Been a while since I posted the above. Got a call a few days later from customer service with apologies and a resolution that's acceptable by me. Can't wait for this store to reopen in November. We are all human and stuff happens.
I drove by today to see a big fence around this restaurant. I was hoping that this would be permanent. This restaurant does not care about anyone but themselves. The customers block Whipple Avenue and constantly drive infront of cars on Whipple avenue. Once at a restaurant in a mall in another state. Really greesy terrible tasting food. Ended up in the garbage. I will never eat at this fast food.

I only go for the chicken egg white breakfast biscuit.
Busy and different chick fil a than other locations I like how I can scan the QR code to get in line for Pickup, place is a little busy though and can be hard to get in and out of the parking lot
Place was a madhouse. Staff trying to do too much and got my order wrong. I didn't realize until back to the office but they shorted me three servings of chicken. When you try to do it all, you fail at all.

I was nearly there, 200ft away, down the road when I placed an app order. The app sent my order across town to another location that I never knew existed (it's a pickup only doordash hub...). I went in after waiting too long -- and causing havoc parking in the wrong areas in the extremely tight, busy parking lot -- feeling confused and stressed, but the staff inside were extremely accommodating. They confirmed the mistake and were able to transfer the transaction and replace my order for me. Dinner was saved ?
