If I could give zero stars I would. As a native of Atlanta, the home and headquarters of Chick-fil-A, this store is horrible representation of the brand. I previous filed 2 corporate complaints for their inefficiency and lack of professsionalism. Chick-fil-A is known for their courteous and yet efficient employees. This store you don't get a proper welcome. They can't add simple names to an order. They cannot place a correct order. And last but not least, as what happened today they will inappropriately hand you a drink that spills all over your and your rental car and not even offer an apology. Leaving you standing their demanding napkins and an apology. No refund and now I'm stuck with a detailing bill. This is a rental car and the car wash will only clean the inside if I pay over $125 for an express detail. Avoid this store at all cost. Supposedly this is one of the most difficult franchises to obtain. I'm not sure how this horrible owner slipped through the cracks but corporate should highly reconsider letting this owner represent this brand. Upon my return to Atlanta I will be speaking with my friends at Chick-fil-A about this store.

How have i never been here before??? I was pleasantly surprised at how bight, clean and modern it looked inside! I love how there’s an option to oick a fruit cup instead of fries- if you’re trying to feel less guilty about eating here… it was delish! Will definitely return to tey the other items on the menu. Chicken was perfectly cooked and had the right touch of spices. Not surprising to see the endless lines in their drive in. You can take your pick of sauces at no extra cost unlike other places who would charge.

My partner likes this place and the food is good, although I've only tried their chicken nuggets. My partner has complained about their service multiple times and I don't like to patronize businesses that aren't inclusive. This company is homophobic which is why I won't order here. Every human is valuable and has a right to be as Creator made them. When a company operates as actively prejudice against a particular group of people, I won't contribute to their profits - that's all.

I had never had CFA until 2023. This IS the best possible CFA experience you could have. Clean. Friendly. The food was THE BEST I’ve ever had. Wow. 2 More pickles on my partner’s sandwich and it’s a double but wow! What a hit.
This Franchise does tout the classic chicken sandwich taste that you can count on for consistency. The price tag for a two persons dinner you cannot beat with a drumstick. Great job guys.

As always, they did not disappoint. The staff were kind, courteous and swift. It was the first time I had used the QR code to check in and it was a smooth experience! We got the heavenly chicken minis that are a true gift from above.

The chicken burgers here were gas, so were the waffle fries. No issues with this location and was a good representative of the experience you’d expect from a Chick-fil-A.
