Great Customer Service. But it's really packed, and they don't really have a good parking lot structure. So I definitely recommend ordering because either way, food is great. But be patient with getting your food when coming here.
My son had his friend spend the night and they asked me to pick up lunch at Chick-fil-A. The Redwood City location is always packed but despite the lack of space, the Chick-fil-A employees are really efficient taking orders and making sure I get out quickly. I ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches with American cheese (5/5) and ketchup and a Strawberry lemonade (5/5). The kids loved their sandwiches and I really enjoyed my lemonade; I could taste the strawberry puree. All in all, we had a positive experience and would order from this Chick-fil-A again.
It is the best restaurant for chicken nuggets.
