2026 update: The fact is, this remains an awesome Chipotle location. Lunch was a chicken burrito with guacamole $13.45 with chips $2.15. Hear me out. No line at 2pm. Not a lot of burrito places will let you add corn and lettuce to a burrito to mix it up. Their corn has a natural sweetness to it and blends well with their spicy salsa. Somehow my burrito maker was able at squeeze all that onto a tortilla without it exploding. Good job everyone at Chipotle. My burrito was enjoyable.

2025 review: This is an awesome Chipotle location. We had a carnitas burrito $11.25, steak burrito with guacamole $15.20 and chips & salsa $2.65. The staff here were attentive and made us some tasty burritos. They were patient with my indecision of burrito toppings. Very courteous and nice young people. 10 of 10. Well done Chipotle team. This was a very good lunch.

I was made fun of by the Hispanic lady at the front after ordering my food she went off to the side and said that I should be on a diet. I always order a bowl double meat because insave half for later. Its no business my shape and size and what I order. She thought I didn't understand her but boy was she wrong. The quality of the food was not as it usually is when I go there. Chicken undercooked and the place was dirty. Bathroom a mess and no hand sanitizer in the dispenser. Very disappointing and sad that employee's make fun of customers for there size and what they order. Unprofessional because even the manager or team lead engaged in this nonsense.

Food too salty. Gave this place a second chance, but chicken was still too salty. I’ve had other coworkers visit this location and have also raised the same concern. Never coming back.

Its like they dumped a cup of salt into the bell peppers and they had stale tortillas. One of the worst chipotle meals I’ve ever had.

I travel a lot for work and this has been the worse customer service experience that I’ve ever had with Chipotle. The little girl was rude and not helpful to my preference. I will never come here again or recommend it.
Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Decent dining experience at this Chipotle location in Redwood City. Small interior with only a few tables, plus a couple of tables in the patio area. Food was average and very similar to the other Chipotle chains, nothing stood out. Efficient service. Large free parking lot. Good for take-out service.

They are never busy but these guy's messed up my to go order they added diffent topping sauce I didn't ask for , and small portions because they are chipotle , will never order at this location

Staffs are the best!

I’ve reached my limit with this Chipotle. I really love Chipotle and this location is close and convenient, which is why I gave it multiple chances. Unfortunately, it has gotten worse and worse over time.

First, the portion sizes here are far below average compared to other Chipotle locations I’ve been to — often about half or two-thirds of what I usually get elsewhere. As someone who’s a Chipotle lover and has visited many locations, this one is by far the most disappointing when it comes to portions.

Second, I almost always order online, and several times my order has been missing one or more items entirely. Sometimes I order multiples of the same item, and none of them include what I requested. If something is unavailable, it should be clearly marked in the app or, at the very least, staff should tell me at pickup and ask if I’d like a substitute. That has never once happened here.

On top of that, orders are rarely ready on time. Even when I schedule a pickup, I’ve often had to wait around while the staff start making my food 5 minutes after my scheduled time — and this is when the store wasn’t even busy. Watching them begin my order only after I arrived is simply unacceptable.

Chipotle as a company should have clear standards on portion sizes, accuracy of orders, and communication when items aren’t available. At this point, I honestly question whether the employees here have received proper training. Management really needs to review what’s going on at this location and retrain the staff, because this level of service is far below what I expect from Chipotle.

Never coming to this Chipotle location again. The meat portion looked so small that I actually picked it all out and weighed it at home - 1.6oz, not even half of the 4oz that they're supposed to give! So upsetting. Never again.
