Never coming to this Chipotle location again. The meat portion looked so small that I actually picked it all out and weighed it at home - 1.6oz, not even half of the 4oz that they're supposed to give! So upsetting. Never again.

Please look at pic below. DOES THIS LOOK LIKE 4 OZ OF CHICKEN? You guys fail to give thr right amount of chicken always. Why? I bet the person that made this would be mad if this was the order they received. I want a refund

This place heavily skimps on portions. Don’t know how the manager is hiring workers but they also don’t know how to properly treat patrons or wrap burritos.

Avoid this location if you don’t wanna throw your money away.

This location's burritos are half the size of other Chipotles. If you ask them to add anything (even rice) they will give you a tiny bit more and say you can order double meat next time. This location blows. Like seriously the smallest portions I've ever seen at Chipotle.

It now happened to me twice that they forgot to add the guac I ordered online. Always check your order when you pick up.

This Chipotle is significantly worse than a typical Chipotle. I just ordered a chicken burrito. The chicken was partially burnt and not as flavorful as normal. The fajita was partially burnt. They gave way too many beans and not enough chicken. The burrito was rolled atrociously. Corporate needs to check in on this location.

Okay I see you Chipotle (Redwood Shores) and your so-called serving sizes! I don't know what the internet is talking about because, let me tell you, my bowl was stuffed so full it looked like it was about to explode. Meanwhile, my husband's burrito was short but thick, bursting with deliciousness. The service at this location deserves a standing ovation.

Now, if I had to nitpick, I'd say the large bag of chips wasn’t exactly large. It was more like a "medium who had big dreams."

Overall, my experience was fantastic, but my pants are now on strike after the way my bowl was overstuffed!
