My family and I enjoy going to Corner Yogurt. However, I have noticed that the service is not up to the mark. Although I have not encountered any rude employees, they are not very friendly or welcoming either. I try to avoid going there within an hour of their closing time since they begin cleaning up and putting toppings away. While I don't mind the cleaning, it is not acceptable to put the toppings away before closing time. As someone who has worked in the hospitality industry for a long time, I know that good service means that you serve your customers even if they come in just two minutes before closing. Although it may not be ideal, it is what good service is all about.

1501 Woodside Rd, Redwood City, CA 94061 "Corner Yogurt" is nice little fro-yo shop on Woodside Rd, across from Woodside Plaza. It has a colorful decor, with no seating inside. The tables are outside on the sidewalk. The shop has five machines that offer ten of the typical flavors, plus twist combos. Corner Yogurt is a self service fro-yo system. You grab a cup, dispense the frozen yogurt, add toppings if you want, weigh it, and pay. Okay, price per ounce at this location was $0.76/oz on Nov 29, '23. (The cup credit is $0.30) I've been reviewing fro-yo places for over a month now, and $0.76/oz is a little high. But how was the frozen yogurt? My fro-yo selections were Mango, Strawberry, and Choco/Vanilla Twist. The fruity flavors were sweet, dense, with a little icy bite. The Choco/Vanilla wasn't as sweet, and had a slight chalky after taste. This shop is located on the corner of Woodside Rd & Beresford Ave. There's a small parking lot in the back, but I found parking along the curb on Beresford Ave. Would I come back? Yes, if I'm in the area.

Fairly average froyo place. About 10 flavors and swirls of the pairs of 5. They have some cake/brownie/fruit toppings, but it's pretty limited and other than that it's all chocolate-adjacent toppings (crushed oreos, m&ms, etc). The parking situation is in the back and a little sus, but there are spots as well as street parking.

I come here often with my son and you know it's the usual frozen yogurt store as many others out there but I will give this place 5 stars because of this super sweet employee which went above and beyond for me. The new POS they have doesn't support Samsung or Google pay. I had forgotten my wallet home and being that I couldn't use the e-pay option we ended up in quite the predicament. I had $5 credit, so the employee said I could get my son's yogurt for free but not mine. You know I didn't ask for a freebie, but it was kind of a situation in which he would've thrown the yogurt away just because I couldn't use the e-pay option. It was the end of his shift, so the next employee took over. By that time I was sitting down with my son so he could eat his yogurt when she comes to me and hands me the yogurt saying: "here you go I paid for it for you."She totally made my whole day, I have hope in our young generation. So yes I will give this place 5 stars ? because of her, not the previous guy and because I don't know how else to thank her. ??

I have been craving a chocolate vanilla swirl for about two years and I found it at corner yogurt and it's fabulous. They have lots of different flavors and toppings and the prices are reasonable. Everybody should go try.
