We dined on a Thursday it wasn't very busy due to rain. However we were kindly waited on and served in a timely manner. The bathrooms were also clean! There is a front and back entrance and pickup is on the left side of the front entrance when you walk in about halfway through the restaurant. (Saw many people confused by this) They have many dishes that are classic takeaway options. We didn't try anything too spicy but will have to when I return. We ordered the double mushroom chicken, veggie and brown rice fried rice, pan fried pork dumplings, and scallion pancakes( who doesn't love fried dough?) . Everything was tasty and as expected. This may be become a regular takeaway spot if I'm in rwc!

Great food here with a good selection of vegan items. Many of which can be made gluten free! Service is great and they are very accommodating to dietary needs.

As some of you who know me know that I am well versed in the culinary diversity of Downtown Redwood City. I put children through college with the amount spent eating here the last 25 years. I am baffled why there isn't many Chinese restaurants around here. However, this one saves the day. The menu is diverse and the food is cooked fresh and delicious. I specifically like the lunch menu and think for the variety of food and amount, it's one the better deals in the area. If you like Chinese Food, this place will not disappoint.

We've had Crouching Tiger several times. I like them bc they're more healthy than most Chinese restaurants and they offer dishes w/ only white meat chicken for an extra dollar or two.

They denied us service even tho we came in at 8:35 and the hours online say they close at 9
Food is good. Service is ok. They open all the afternoon. When we go out for traveling and eat lunch late to 3 pm. They still open.

This place has gone downhill. The general zao's chicken is super crispy. They over fry it and the meat is dry in the inside. The broccoli beef is also on the dry side and doesn't have as much flavor. It use to be a solid place but I would say I no longer enjoy coming here.

Very delicious, fresh lunch plates with ample portions that includes soup and salad. The soup is not good anymore due to the vinegary taste & being watered down, the Mongolian beef good when they don't serve you the old and extremely greasy leftovers. Knowing this it is still worth visiting for other dishes.
