Crystal Springs did a phenomenal job catering for our family birthday party this past weekend. The food was superb. Everything was so fresh and seasoned to perfection. I’ve received dozens of text messages afterwards from our friends asking who catered the party. The staff on-site were so friendly and hospitable. They were on time and completely prepared for the event. We will absolutely use them again and can’t recommend them enough!

Good catering company for value if your not looking to spend a lot of money but want fairly good food delivered typically buffet style, they are not a full-service high-end catering company by any means but they have good value and if you're on a budget and care more about the food than service, then I would strongly recommend going with them.. Nothing over the top. Bob the owner/operator seemed to be a really decent guy.

I miss them terribly at Filoli's Quail's Nest Cafe! It was always a treat to eat at the cafe when they were there. Filoli really hurt themselves by going with a different caterer. I will recommend CSC to anyone looking for a great caterer. Great food at great prices! Now Filoli has lost its savor.
