I should've come to Yelp to see the reviews before ordering from here on Uber Eats. It was not good. The buffalo chicken was ok, the okra was meh. And the loaded baked potatoes? Gross. Wrong texture, potatoes were old or maybe frozen or something because everything about them was bad. Taste, texture, even color. They had an Uber Eats special on them for buy one get one free. The place is probably trying to unload these because they are BAD. And I see another review about their potatoes from a year ago with same issue. DO BETTER. I paid for this crap.

Ordered the 3 meat combo w/ side of potato salad and baked beans. Have to say that the bbq was absolutely abhorrent!!! The pulled pork was so dry that it looked and tasted like shoestrings. The pork ribs were two overcooked, dry as a bone, and charred as heck. And, finally the sausage was not too bad. The best part of the meal nonetheless was the side of pickles and onions because the meal itself was pretty pathetic. I will never order from here again.

Ordered through grub hub and was super disappointed in the piece of brisket on my sandwich It was so dry and tough that it could have been jerky!

Very disappointing. I had eaten at other Dickey’s BBQ locations in Texas and was impressed with their bbq. Not the experience here in Redwood City. I waited for 10 minutes before the lady in the back said I could only order online - which I did - only to be disappointed with the quality of food. The two orders of fries were burnt and ribs were over cooked / dry - almost like eating jerky.

Ordered delivery from these guys, first of all be prepared to not get what you ordered, not sure how can anyone get confused between “crisp okra fries” and “soggy potato fries” !Secondly, this place should have a sign saying “whatever we serve needs to be recooked, cos it’s raw”

This place is hard to find! ?Called the S.F. Dickey's got a live person. He tired to help but did not know exactly where the place was.Google map got me to the building but not the exact spot.Beef was dry, needs lots of sauce, same for the wings. Too much of a hassle for dry meat, but has good flavor.

Ordered a baked potato with chicken on top why is the potato sooo dark and not fluffy and white on the inside....ewww. This is the oddest looking baked potato I have never seen a baked potato like this. How do you mess up a potato?

This place is a dirty warehouse, there was no dine-in seating as described on the website. Only order online and pickup.

It was not there. Can't seem to find one to use my gift card.

Never again. Ordered on Uber Eats. Food was delivered missing the drink I ordered as well as one of the sides. Pecan pie was delivered cold and partially frozen. “Texas toast” was a joke. Basically a slightly warm piece of bread thrown on top. No utensils - thankfully my hotel was able to provide some for me. I don’t think it would be possible for this to be prepared with any *less* love. High number of 1-star google reviews speak for themselves. First visit to California. Wanted to try something different. Something we don’t have where I’m from. Should have just gotten Panda Express like I originally intended.
