Ordered online and the used one of the online coupons but website kept overcharging me and it took multiple attempts for the coupon price to apply. Then when the pizzas were on the way, I got a call stating it would be late. Then over 30 minutes later it all of a sudden tells me it was delivered when it wasn't. Nobody notified me and I had to call to find out what's going on. They told me they are still on the way and it'll be another 5 minutes. It finally arrived over 20 minutes later and was cold. On top of that they skimped out on the toppings and barely got any mushrooms on it. I'm done with this place, terrible service overall.

Went to the Dominos on 100 5th Avenue in Redwood City primarily because my son working at a different Dominos had received promotional offers for friends and family $5 for a medium 1-topping stuffed crust pizza. I ordered two. In the store they refused to accept the cards and would not interchange my full price order for any mix and match offers. Ended up paying $46 for the two pizzas. The two guys in the store were extremely rude and refused to check up on the matter. Can’t complain about the pizzas they were great but the overall experience was substandard.

They should close until several issues are addressed. Phones down, cash only, no rewards partipation. Parking lot is such a hot mess it would be an improvement if it weren't paved or curbed. Had to go elsewhere. Not sure why I tried so hard to eat here, but the cash only thing was the final kicker despite having cash.

Website was having issues, the "order center" transfered me to "the local store" but the ... guy... on the other end apparently cannot say more than one word at a time. No offer to help, no offer for a manager, hung up on me because I asked him to ELABORATE... like how am I supposed to know I was transfered to the wrong store. Will NEVER EVER use this Dominos. Round Table it is.

I tried to order delivery and after we were told it would take 20 minutes it was in the quality assurance status for over 40 minutes on top of the initial 20 minutes they took to make it so at that point we cancelled it and gave up. Can’t leave a review for food because at that point I couldn’t even get the food

I ordered two pizzas in thin crunchy dough and they came to me with the super burnt edges both pizzas I called to make a claim and they didn't give me any kind of solution a terrible service

I have ordered an order with 4 items and 2 of them were received burnt. When I called the store the store manager asks the associate to disconnect the call. Upon calling them again the same manager says he doesn’t have time to talk to me and abruptly disconnects the call. Never heard and felt of such an awful experience with Domino’s. Wouldn’t order again from this store.

We ordered a pizza at 4:30 PM it is now 7:02 PM. I never received the pizza in fact if I never had inquired about the whereabouts of my pizza I would not have known anything about the accident that the driver had. And the cold part is he just showed up at 7:05 like nothing is wrong. I'm so disappointed with the service that I received and there no compensation given for the bad service. Will never order from Domino Pizza again!!!!
Always good product and fast delivery. Domino's has definitely stepped up their game. For the price (with coupon) it can't be beat.

Burnt the pizza the first time. Drove all the way back to pick up a second one. The second one had onions which is a concerning allergen for one in the party (chunks of onions make them sick). Refused to answer and purposely hung up when we tried to call after that. Waited several times, was hung up on and ignored, and wound up waiting 10+ minutes the final time without anyone answering. Horrible service and foods would never go back. This was the posted night, Saturday 3/23/24.

For the price after adding a coupon makes me boost it up a star. I'm not picky and I'm completely happy with your standard chain pizza and wings at that price. Usually they are quick with their order, but they were understandably slammed Super Bowl Sunday. If I'm short on a few bucks she want pizza and wings, I go here.
