I’m not complaining about the food at all. I would like to leave this review about the terrible for not to say the worst customer service ever, specially the red head boy that works there. He told me that my order would be ready in 10 minutes and I waited as he advised me, but after that I asked to another lady if the order was ready which she gently went to check inside. After that, this rude boy came to me with a really bad attitude saying that I was advised to wait, I just told him why he has to be so rude with me. He humiliated me and told me really bad things just for being Latina. Such a bad experience hope no one would never be treated like that.

Ordered food from the doordash apps for pick up and cant get help from employees they look at you but totally ignoring you food are disgusting the veggies on my burger they have brown in it not fresh fries are supper cold i dont recommended this at all dont wasted your money here specially its covered not like any other fast food restaurant which you can really see that they are really cooking your food fresh but this place you cant see it at all and plus i do doordash and i see the post when dasher have 2 account they will deactivated and block the driver we are not your slave we dont work for you without drivers you have no business dasher drivers should avoid this place dont get any orders from them they think they owned the dasher drivers which is totally unacceptable
Really love Chatime Express drinks here! Especially they all use plant based milk, oat milk. Friendly to vegan and I love Mango Green Tea as well! So good for the summertime!
