5 Stars for amazing service and amazing iced cofffee I came in around 3 pm and got a Large Iced Coffee with *5 creams *3 pumps of Pumkin * 1 Pump of Vanilla Bean * It's officially my favorite I don't regret it I'll just keep coming back :)))) plus super sweet workers

Im surprised that this place has such low ratings. We got a mystery bag from "toogoodtogo" app and we shares with other Veterans at the VA and they were very thankful. The matcha was alright. My daughter loves her coffee. The parking here... if you have a truck.... you wont fit in that tony parking lot and spaces. I have a forerunner and even I was over the lines. The employee was super sweet! The donuts were very good. I loved the chocolate donut holes.

First time having Dunkin (yes.... I know I know) but haven't gotten to try their coffee yet. The guy (Fri 2/16 @ 540) behind the counter was very kind and sweet esp when he saw my kids and thought "extra munchkins" The donuts & munchkins were 10/10 according to 5 little kids! Loved the variety of munchkins. I'd say it's a cross between Krispy Kreme & mom/pop type. It's not doughy/dense and not airy.... In the middle. The powdered donuts were very nostalgic and brought back sweet memories of childhood eating them in the little white bag/box. I'd come back if I'm in the area for a treat and to try their coffee.

Very friendly staff! I live out of state now and always want to stop by Dunkin when I visit! Been going every few days to get my fix. My order wasn't quite right today and I decided to ask for a new one and they happily remade it for me and even gave me a size upgrade! Had me taste it to make sure it was right . Very thankful as I hate asking for new orders but things happen!

Reaally good if you like awful donuts and ok coffee. It's funny how attached some are to this chain. Decent service, I'm not saying they're monsters but how can anyone lawfully sell donuts like that? The buttermilk one is serviceable but the others contain 15% sawdust and skim milk or something. Anways, go to Chucks or almost anywhere else for a real glazed, chocolate or maple bar etc.

Dunkin' Donuts at 593 Woodside Rd, Redwood City consistently disappoints. Slow service, indifferent staff, and poor-quality coffee make each visit regrettable. Attempts to address concerns with the manager have been unproductive. Unfortunately, I've left empty-handed on multiple occasions. Hoping for improvement soon.
