I usually come here during my lunch break and have never had a problem until about 2–3 weeks ago. The new staff now refuse to give more than two small salsa containers to go. I always ask for salsa on the side, and it doesn’t feel right to have to beg for a little extraAt this point, I would rather go to The Grullense on 5th Ave or use the drive-through location, even though it’s farther from my workplace.I asked to speak with a manager to provide feedback, but the staff said they didn’t know the manager’s name or how to contact them. I hope the owner or manager reads this and considers being a bit more generous with loyal customers.

Tacos were once my favorite here when sauces were liberally applied and condiments (pickled carrots and jalapeño peppers) were self served. Now the sauces are minimal and self served pickled items removed. The pork and beef tacos are still good though.

Worst experience with the short lady serving salsas and the one taking out order (both dark haired ladies) ugliest Attitude and stingy with the salsa. Should be trained better.

I’ve been coming here for 20 years please bring back the yellow tortillas! They switched the tacos tortillas to white and are thinner lost the taste 😭

I have been going to this location since the late 90s, and have always ordered the quesadilla with spicy sauce and an Horchata. I love how they serve it; folded up into rectangle and then cut into pieces. It’s one of my favorite go to meals when I’m back on the Peninsula.

First time I've been to Redwood City at this Mexican food place. Their tripe sopes were the best. I'll definitely be back to try their tacos. Excellent food, guys.

Been coming for over 20 years. The Tacos tonight were just tortillas a little salsa some onions and no cilantro. The service sucks to say the least. The wet burrito had alittle meat and mostly rice and beans. Quality has been going down for years. Would love to hear from the owner you guys were great at one time. Your time is over and we will not patronize your a business anymore.

Bare bones atmosphere but the food always hits the spot. It’s a little out of my way but worth it.
