Redwood Shores location. This place has really gone down hill since the pandemic. I ordered the Chicken Shawarma plate and the chicken taste like chicken jerky. I would love to support a small local business, but they really have to step it up and start serving a good amount of quality protein. I want to write an honest opinion, the staff is super nice but I paid $50 for 2 dinner orders and hummus and had bad food!!!! What happened to this place?

Best falafel I’ve ever had. And I’ve had a lot.Delightful crunch on the outside.But EAT IT FRESH! Once it’s in a container for a few minutes the falafel balls loose their crispy exterior.
We arrived on Tuesday at 11:30am. When we arrived we were the only customers. They were working on a to go order. One of the staff got another staff to man the register when we walked up. We ordered the Beef and lamb Shawarma. It is well wrapped and stayed together. It was very tasty and moist. I like the sauce and chopped up cucumbers inside. If you are short on time and looking for a tasty lunch I highly recommend this place. I'd come back and order the same thing again.

Came around noon on a Wednesday. There's plenty of parking around and ordering was quick. Got my food in less than 10 mins. It is a wee bit more expensive than some other places nearby but the falafel was pretty damn good. It was crunchy on the outside and smooth and flavorful inside. The hummus was also quite tasty! If you're short on time in the Redwood Shores area and need a quick and yummy bite, come here!

Food OK, but packaging excessive. They had a hard time understanding that ordering "for here" meant I didn't want everything in multiple layers of pointless and wasteful plastic. Location uninspiring, but +1 star for decent outdoor seating.

Mediterranean Salad with Lamb/Beef ShawarmaThis is a good price considering how much food you get - they don't skimp out on the amount of Shawarma they load up on top of the equally amazing amount of salad (very crisp!).I would get it again.

Falafel Tazah has 2 locations now - Redwood Shores and San Carlos. I love their shawarma, kabab and classic vegetarian options like falafel and humus in a pita. All the food is fresh. There are a few tables outside - I usually do take out. Have been a fan for years.
