don't find a way to reply the owner's reply here. so modified my review from 3 -> 5, to show appreciations to the owner's fast reply.

The service is great!

The price should be definitely above the range $10-20, fry (a huge amount of fry!) + bacon burger = $21.62 for me. Not sure who put the range there.

one suggestion (personal opinion): rearrange the layout, so that the bathroom and the pickup shot are separated from each other as far away as possible.

They should definitely wear hair nets. Toward the middle of my burger i had to pull a long long peice of hair out , disgusting, killed for me. If i had been in the restaurant at the time I would have aked for a refund.

The staff's understanding of English is limited. Instead of the regular burgers we ordered, we received plain burgers.

I came in to order regular fries, no salt, and a little extra crispy, but they didn’t follow the instructions. I ended up with fries that were very salty and couldn’t eat them. In fact, they ignored me when I walked in, and it took them some time to finally take my order. They didn’t make eye contact, repeat my order, or greet me. There was a woman assisting them without a hairnet, and everyone seemed distracted. When the guy, “Marcial” (I think that was his name), handed me my order, he didn’t even say, “Have a nice day,” or anything. It felt like nobody there embodied the Five Guys energy that’s supposed to make the experience enjoyable.

Such chill and retro vibes. Lots of chefs behind the counter but it’s all friendly :)
It was more bread than I remembered their burger to have, but fries were so good and so much haha

I ordered their cheeseburger (all the way). Burgers are great! Normal fries are nice too. Their soda machine I can play all day long.
Didn't try free peanut.

This place get a 5 out of 5 for me. Ordering was fast and easy, the restaurant was clean, and the food was great! I’m definitely coming back here again.

The burger was good, but it took them almost 30 mins to prepare it, while there were not to many people. Very bad service.

Had some of the worst experiences at these restaurants, from greasy food with no flavor to sticky tables and messy restaurants . Just go to in and out burger and avoid all these restaurants.

It was nice to be able to conveniently eat Five Guys, where in Korea you have to wait in line to eat.
After ordering a cheeseburger, all the toppings were free, so I ordered the most common all-the-way.
The patty was very American, and the quality was such that it could be called a real hamburger.
The burgers are great, but the real fun of this place is the bending machine. There are so many different types of drinks that it's fun to think about what to drink.
French fries fried in peanut oil are also very delicious. Even if you order the small size, it is a large amount, so it would be a good idea to keep this in mind when ordering.
