Pretty bad burger, overcooked. I usually enjoy Five Guys in other places so this one was a surprise

One thing I have to say about 5 guys
Consistency.
Doesn't matter if I'm in Florida or California. I can meet my quota for cholesterol with the same quality.
Although ain't gonna lie California burgers hit different. If you know you know

Five Guys? More like Twenty Bucks Guys.
$20 for šŸ„“ burger and small fries is a joke.
In-N-Out crushes them for half the price.

Great place to grab a burger and fries while you're downtown! The highlight for me is the freestyle soda machines as well as being able to fully customize all the vegetables (and sauces) that go onto your burger. They have other options as well including a vegetable sandwich (served in a burger bun), hot dogs and more. The Cajun fries are definitely worth a try if you haven't had them before!

don't find a way to reply the owner's reply here. so modified my review from 3 -> 5, to show appreciations to the owner's fast reply.

The service is great!

The price should be definitely above the range $10-20, fry (a huge amount of fry!) + bacon burger = $21.62 for me. Not sure who put the range there.

one suggestion (personal opinion): rearrange the layout, so that the bathroom and the pickup shot are separated from each other as far away as possible.

They should definitely wear hair nets. Toward the middle of my burger i had to pull a long long peice of hair out , disgusting, killed for me. If i had been in the restaurant at the time I would have aked for a refund.

The staff's understanding of English is limited. Instead of the regular burgers we ordered, we received plain burgers.

I came in to order regular fries, no salt, and a little extra crispy, but they didn’t follow the instructions. I ended up with fries that were very salty and couldn’t eat them. In fact, they ignored me when I walked in, and it took them some time to finally take my order. They didn’t make eye contact, repeat my order, or greet me. There was a woman assisting them without a hairnet, and everyone seemed distracted. When the guy, ā€œMarcialā€ (I think that was his name), handed me my order, he didn’t even say, ā€œHave a nice day,ā€ or anything. It felt like nobody there embodied the Five Guys energy that’s supposed to make the experience enjoyable.

Food is not that really good as the publicity,
Not a good place if you want a really nice burger.

Such chill and retro vibes. Lots of chefs behind the counter but it’s all friendly :)
It was more bread than I remembered their burger to have, but fries were so good and so much haha
