There was only 2 guys working when I went in. The cook was doing his thing and the cashier was sooooooo nice. After our order he asked if we wanted to add a milkshake. We kindly declined and after we paid he gave us 2 small samples. Really kinda and place had a great vibe.

This is a good Five Guys location. It took 10 minutes for my food to come out. Excellent cashier and chef. This is what fast food should be, fast and accurate. My order was a bacon cheese burger $14, fries M $6.59 and a shake $6.39. The food tasted fine. They could have put in more mushrooms and onions though. I only found two small pieces of each. The patties were flavorful. However, the bun was not sturdy enough to hold the innards of the burger. As for the fries, they were way too salty. I had to wipe the salt off each fry to make them edible. Eating too much salt gives me stomach aches. High salt intake will increase the risk of gastric cancer. We ended up throwing half of them away, as the bottom pieces had even more salt.

This location is so much better than the defunct San Bruno Tanforan branch. At that location, the chef used to push his thumbs through the foil paper piercing every bun. The ingredients were all smashed in and everything spills out of the foil paper when you open it.

“Great Food, A Bit Pricey”
The burgers here are consistently delicious, and I love the variety of toppings you can add for no extra charge. Their Cajun fries are addictive! The only downside is the price—it can get expensive, especially for a burger, fries, and drink combo. But if you’re craving a quality burger, this is a solid choice.

The burger bowl was juicy and hot when I got it and loved the amount of sauce I was given for my bowl. The place was very clean and the food was ready for pickup when I arrived!

I went to this location to pick up an Uber eats order tonight around 9pm. When I walked in there was a Hispanic guy with glasses behind the counter leaning up against the wall. I said Hi I have a pickup order and gave him the name. He looked at me as if I cursed him out. Paused looked me up and down and then proceeded to grab the order that was already bagged. Didn’t say a word to me! Assuming I didn’t know Spanish he then made some nasty racists comments about me to his coworkers, who then proceeded to chuckle. I am disgusted! How could or would someone in the service business look down on someone else who is trying to make an honest living. Five Guys you should check your staff for the appalling and disgusting way they treated me! They may be treating more customers this way or maybe only customers who look a certain way. A shame!
