About a year ago, I ordered a poke bowl from this place and they forgot to include the sauce. I figured mistakes happen, so I didn’t leave a review, but I also didn’t order again for a while. After some time, I decided to give it another try, thinking things would be better — but this time, the brown rice was undercooked and really hard. I ended up just eating the toppings.
There weren’t any customers in the store and several staff members were present, so I believe this kind of basic issue should’ve been caught. Someone in charge needs to take better care of quality control. This is the first time I’m writing a review like this, but if you’re charging money for food, the basics should at least be done properly.
Came here trying to find some good value poke
Was excited about the regular size having 3 scoops of fish, but the scoops are pretty small
In person prices were higher than what I saw on the menu link by 2$
Some toppings like seaweed salad and masago have extra fees
Bowl was generally tasty. One bowl was a comfortable meal for me (5'4 petite woman)
They have a bathroom for customers
They have self serve water
Also this isnt the restaurants fault but I really hate tipping culture

I walked in here expecting to pay 13$, ended up paying 20, and still didn't get seaweed salad on my bowl 🥲
Awesome! Place! Friendly stuff and fresh foods! Perfect place for a healthy quick lunch!
Average/bad poke and they charge extra for pretty much everything (even seaweed lol)
Such great proportions for its value, great quality fish so no fishy smell! 🫶
Thin is always kind and smiling when I visit. The place is very tidy and the fish is great quality.
Love this place. Best poke. Fresh. Never fishy

Fairly solid poke. Lots of options and choice for toppings. Some of the toppings have Upcharges though.
But the taste is pretty solid!

Been ordering from here for years and have always loved it. But it looks like "shrinkflation" has hit them. Just got my large poke bowl delivered and it's laughable how little food is in the bowl. Just not even close to being worth the price. Hoping this is just a mistake and not the new normal
Always fairly good quality fish, but quite expensive. It's a good alternative, but Poke House in Palo Alto is better if you can make the trip. The amount of fish you get depends on the server, sometimes they give you the exact amount, which is too little in my opinion, but other times they'll pack the bowl with fish.

The young lad “Ethan” at the counter was an absolute joy to talk to. He’s a fine hard working fellow. Made me an excellent poke bowl! Expert hands meticulously crafting a fine dish.
Bravo!
