Somehow always end up here for dessert after dining late at redwood city downtown - super convenient location and open until very late! Interesting flavors they switch up often, and I love their affogato.

Good Ice Cream, far from the best, and I just spent $30 for 4 scoops, small scoops at that, no cone either. Total rip off.

Humphry Slocombe offers unique and delightful flavors that will tantalize your taste buds. While my recent visit came with a bit of a wait (long lines and a single staff member managing the weekend crowd – kudos to her for her perseverance!), the delicious reward at the end solidified it as a 4-star experience. One of the things I loved about Humphry Slocombe (as with most ice cream places nowadays) is the opportunity to try before you buy. They offer tastings of their various flavors, allowing you to discover the perfect scoop (or two!) for your taste buds. They also cater to portion preferences with different sizes available, making it easy to indulge in a single scoop or grab a pint to enjoy later. For the pint-sized ice cream lovers, they even had a tempting buy-2-get-1-free deal – a great way to stock up on your favorites or try new flavors. After much deliberation, I landed on the Cornflake Crunch ice cream. This delightful concoction was a symphony of creamy sweetness with a touch of saltiness, perfectly complemented by the satisfying crunch of cornflakes. It was a flavor explosion, and every bite was a moment of pure joy. While they don't have any designated seating areas, this didn't take away from the experience. It was a beautiful day, and we enjoyed strolling through Redwood City's downtown with our ice creams in our hands.

6$ for a TINY scoop of ice cream. It literally tasted like freezer burn and I had to throw it out. Absolutely do not recommend, go get a McFlurry instead and thank me later

Fantastic ice cream, with strange, but fun names. Only problem is that everyone has to sample several flavors to know what to get, so the line can take a while. But when it is your turn, it is worth it. Ordered two singles for my daughter and I and it was $13 and then my buddy ordered a double scoop with two flavors for his kid and him and it was $8. Lesson learned.

Do not get the TinRoof flavor. It was a new tub, but tastes like it's already freezer burned after it was thawed and has a really weird powdery texture that sticks to your mouth. When I questioned the cashier, he said it's supposed to be like that without even tasting it. Had to throw it out and cashier didn't offer any replacement flavors. Do not recommend. ?
