Much MUCH better than the Denny’s near by. The IHOP is empty, so the cooking and waiting staff are able to dedicate more time to each order. And the price point is the same. Blew me away given my expectations.

The food was mediocre as usual, not sure why we go here instead of Denny's. The really bright harsh lights don't help.

This establishment should train their staff on how to have costumer service We came early in the morning the guy in front of us just staring on us and when i said good morning he never respond and when we decided where to sit he said hey you should wait until someone will let you sit, so i apologize and told him you should have told us when we followed him he was so rude waving the menus on us and telling us i'm the only one here and i dont want serve you both, so me and husband decided to leave right away, because we dont know what kind of food he will serve us, if we insist to sit down and order our breakfast, to the rude man staff of ihop May Godbless you always sir so you will serve those people l/costumer with kind heart and conscience.

Over the top service. Pleasant waitress and bus boy.

Solid place to get brunch where you don’t have to wait too long during prime brunch hours on a Saturday (12 PM - 1 PM) and is relatively cheap (in comparison to the other places in the Bay).

The service is good. The food came out promptly after we ordered.

The inside of the restaurant is your typically diner with booths and other tables.

The parking was easy. We parked outside in the lot.

A quick stop for a late breakfast yielded fast, friendly service, plenty of seating, comfortable eating atmosphere, and most importantly the food was GREAT! Eat here with confidence!

Kid-friendliness: We had not but there were kids in the place and we were not bothered or distracted.
