Every time I walk into IHOP, I know I’m in for a satisfying meal and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. From the moment you’re greeted at the door to the moment you leave, the staff make you feel right at home. The servers are friendly, attentive, and never let your coffee cup go empty!

Our family has consistently enjoyed pleasant experiences at IHOP, but our recent visit on June 9, 2025, was marred by highly unprofessional service from our server, Zaria G. We confirmed the “Kids Eat Free” promotion (4PM-10PM, one free kids’ meal per adult entree), yet the kids’ meals were incorrectly included on our bill. Zaria neglected to provide requested chocolate sauce for my stepdaughter’s French toast, disregarded our attempts to get her attention while she was preoccupied with her phone, and failed to refill our drinks until I explicitly requested it at the meal’s end. Her conduct was discourteous—she dropped the check on our table with a vague “you can pay” and offered no guidance on payment options. When we addressed the billing error, Zaria displayed overt rudeness, rolling her eyes and attempting to snatch the receipt from my hand, creating an uncomfortable environment for my stepdaughters and our party. When I politely requested her name, she initially refused to provide it, only relenting after a professional coworker intervened. While the food met expectations, Zaria’s dismissive attitude and lack of basic customer service skills were unacceptable. I will be escalating this matter to IHOP’s corporate office and strongly urge management to address her conduct to prevent future disappointments.

It was right next door where we were staying. First time we went there because we were hungry from our drive but the food and service was great. We went back next day because it was great. Second time we were just as pleased with food and service.

Pancakes are, of course, quite good. Bacon etc. also good. Other offerings, rather pedestrian. Service was friendly and prompt. Portions are appropriate. Decore is best described as Early Lunch Counter.

Nice restaurant. In the same parking lot as a hotel. I thought that it would be packed on a Friday evening, it wasn't. Only one other family dining. The staff was friendly and very attentive. The food was good. Nothing at all to write home about. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.
We did not expect to enjoy our meals so much. Great pancakes of course. But the omelettes are good. The potatoes are good. We enjoyed it very much. The service was great!

I occasionally end up in an IHOP for breakfast. This one was on the more disappointing side of things. It was very crowded there (Saturday morning), waiters were super hectic and forgot me twice, entire mood is a little rocked down. And the spinach omelette I ordered looked worse when compared to other IHOP’s I’d had an omelette.

Today, Ihop did an amazing job at helping everyone that came in. They were busy but some how they manage to smile and insure that food was serve and that we were all taking care of. Thank you for the amazing service and the dedication. I had an excellent mother's day ❤️

I ordered ahead. Was disappointed they don't have the lingonberry butter for crepes anymore. I picked up my order, and it was hot and fresh.
