Never left a bad review for an in-n-out before. If their Oakland location was the first to close, my money is this would be the second. Order was made wrong, grilled onions way overdone, and burger was cold (our order was just sitting next to the fry station for about 3 minutes because no one wanted to bring it up). Night employees were super disorganized. Empty napkins, lid was missing from the ketchup machine, dirty tables… I’d rather drive the extra 15 minutes to go to another location. Other reviews look decent, might have just been this crew.

The crew members are highly motivated and take pride in their work. In particular, the crew leader demonstrated a strong commitment to uniting the team. The cashiers were all smiling and greeted customers in a friendly manner.
I stopped by during an overseas business trip, and one of the staff members kindly complimented the pin badge I was wearing, which featured both the Japanese and American flags.
I truly respect the kindness and motivation of everyone at this store.

Seems burgers have become less filling. Meat patties are definitely thinner. I always request fresh fries if not I get warm, soft fries. Still good for the price. Now let's do an impossible burger In- N-Out! Wait is it true that they have hot dogs at some locations?

Waited over 40 minutes for food before asking for a refund, had to wait another 10 minutes because the manager was busy. Then, no effort to make things right, just handed some money. Also, car orders appear to be prioritized over walk ins.

Some of the worst fries in the game. Animal style, light well, well done its all irrelevant no secret menu trick can save them. As far as the burgers go they taste just like a Wendy's double only more freshly made.
