Got the boba milk tea drink twice and both times the boba was hard and not soft. I asked the people working there and their response was that’s how it is, nothing we can do (they said they just microwave the boba). I had microwave boba before and there is a right way to microwave them so it forms make them hard.

This is the worst Jack in the Box I've ever been to. Food was consistent but I thought twice before ordering. You go inside to order and you're greeted with what looks like bulletproof glass at counter. It was hot inside, no AC. I felt bad for the employees working in these conditions. Also had a strong odor of pine sol, overpowering. Just looked and felt dirty. This location needs a major overhaul.
