This was my favorite jack in the box until last night. I ordered a 3pc tender combo like always and i got small tenders instead of the regular long tenders like before... and the price went up $1 for the tender sizes to get smaller...! They could've at least added more tenders to add up to the 3 long tenders like before because this was not a meal, more like a snack, do better!

Walked in stood at the register for 4-5 minuites was not acknowledged welcomed in or anything the workers looked at me and went back to doing what they were doing never even got a chance to order walked back out of the establishment and went on my way will never come back here

Drive thru service was fast. I asked the cashier if he could throw away my old cup. He refused, saying that store policy didn't allow that. In that case, put a trash can outside that customers can use..

Got the boba milk tea drink twice and both times the boba was hard and not soft. I asked the people working there and their response was that’s how it is, nothing we can do (they said they just microwave the boba). I had microwave boba before and there is a right way to microwave them so it forms make them hard.
