They forgot two extra items that I ordered and was charged for I didn't realize it until I was at home called them back and explained expecting to get a heart felt apology and possibly a freebie throw in as a nice jester but I'm sad to say not so. I went here for the first time today and ordered my regular order and I didnāt get utensils or napkins with my order but every other time has been spot on and the chicken is really good but other than that itās a good place to eat

Go to the KFC on Woodside Rd. Probably better service than the el camino location. I went to El Camino store in Redwood City. They were out of Pepsi. They were out of ice tea. I told them and they went to the drive thru to get me ice tea. They had no pepsi or too lazy to go get the box. She had to have me do credit card twice so now i need to check payment. Had big dialog with her about the charge for a breast. She didnt want to give me a center breast for one dollar extra. When i asked for the mgr and then her boss i got nowhere. If you like pepsi dont go here. Try Woodside Rd KFC.
Just know, you will park and wait for your order, even though it is 1pm and prime time, you will park and wait. Whatās the point of a drive thru anymore?

Wish they served the mash potatoes and gravy in separate containers like before.
It's bad service, I waited around 20 minutes for 6 chicken tenders and the order was not ready and I had to leave. The strangest thing of all is that the place was empty, there were no more customers.

CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT, this young man had a POSITIVE attitude! I "used" to love me som KFC ....NOT NO MORE!! I was hungry and thought, no line in drive thru let me just try it out here in redwood City....UUUUUUHHHH NOOOOOOO!! Prices too high, chicken not crispy, ain't CRISPY CHICKEN supposed to be crispy?? LoL! Anywho. Waste of money 2-piece, mash, biscuit, root beer soda (taste like water) $15.00. The ONLY thing that was good was the "little" biscuit, they don't even make the BISCUITS like they used to!! KFC NEVER AGAIN

I came by to order to-go. When I got home to eat they completely missed my chicken combo. I gave them a call and after explain the situation, the guy who answered the phone hung up on me ? I recalled and after 16 beeps, he answered , This time I spoke in Spanish and he immediately passed me to the person in charge. I asked for a refund and obviously they asked me I wanted the combo. I asked for refund and They told I had to drive all way the way back to the store to get my money back. Aināt no way they forgot an entire combo in my order. Whoever has phone, fix them ??
