The past couple of times coming to this KFC, in the past was just ok! However, when I came in to place an order for a Turkey for Thanksgiving day. This place was very clean. The customer service was probably the best I’ve ever had at KFC! Elvis was the employee that helped me with my orders. Elvis was friendly, courteous and just over all great attitude! Moving forward, the regular kfc meals I ordered were good and fresh! My first time having the Cajun turkey from kfc and it did not disappoint! Until next year!

Got my order wrong with drive thru. Had to repeat my order so many times and still got it wrong. Not great with customer service. Never coming back here 👎
They are really slow to get the food out.and I blame the managers for not knowing how to run a fast food joint. They can make you wait 20mins just for a meal. Very poor customer service. And don’t waste your time ordering here you won’t get your food on time.

Drove from San Mateo wAs Expensive!!!! They forgot two extra items that I ordered and was charged for I didn't realize it until I was at home called them back and explained expecting to get a heart felt apology and possibly a freebie throw in as a nice jester but I'm sad to say not so. I drove all the way back had to show my receipt and no sorry 😔

I went here for the first time today and ordered my regular order and I didn’t get utensils or napkins with my order but every other time has been spot on and the chicken is really good but other than that it’s a good place to eat
