They are really slow to get the food out.and I blame the managers for not knowing how to run a fast food joint. They can make you wait 20mins just for a meal. Very poor customer service. And don’t waste your time ordering here you won’t get your food on time.

Drove from San Mateo wAs Expensive!!!! They forgot two extra items that I ordered and was charged for I didn't realize it until I was at home called them back and explained expecting to get a heart felt apology and possibly a freebie throw in as a nice jester but I'm sad to say not so. I drove all the way back had to show my receipt and no sorry 😔

I went here for the first time today and ordered my regular order and I didn’t get utensils or napkins with my order but every other time has been spot on and the chicken is really good but other than that it’s a good place to eat

Go to the KFC on Woodside Rd. Probably better service than the el camino location. I went to El Camino store in Redwood City. They were out of Pepsi. They were out of ice tea. I told them and they went to the drive thru to get me ice tea. They had no pepsi or too lazy to go get the box. She had to have me do credit card twice so now i need to check payment. Had big dialog with her about the charge for a breast. She didnt want to give me a center breast for one dollar extra. When i asked for the mgr and then her boss i got nowhere. If you like pepsi dont go here. Try Woodside Rd KFC.
Just know, you will park and wait for your order, even though it is 1pm and prime time, you will park and wait. What’s the point of a drive thru anymore?

Wish they served the mash potatoes and gravy in separate containers like before.
It's bad service, I waited around 20 minutes for 6 chicken tenders and the order was not ready and I had to leave. The strangest thing of all is that the place was empty, there were no more customers.

CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT, this young man had a POSITIVE attitude! I "used" to love me som KFC ....NOT NO MORE!! I was hungry and thought, no line in drive thru let me just try it out here in redwood City....UUUUUUHHHH NOOOOOOO!! Prices too high, chicken not crispy, ain't CRISPY CHICKEN supposed to be crispy?? LoL! Anywho. Waste of money 2-piece, mash, biscuit, root beer soda (taste like water) $15.00. The ONLY thing that was good was the "little" biscuit, they don't even make the BISCUITS like they used to!! KFC NEVER AGAIN
