If you want a place where they can't talk to you with out getting a 3rd or 4th person. This kfc is for you. Staff is incredibly combative and can't seem to follow the simplest of orders. Once you call them out for it, they will argue with you that it's your fault. Even the manger who is supposed to play middle decided it was best just to side with her employees rather than listen.I recommend the kfc on woodside if you want kfc

This is not a dig on this KFC. I absolutely think KFC serves up arguably the best tasting chicken period! That said you have to follow some guidelines I've made for myself. I will only go in these parameters.•Just after opening•Late to mid rush hour•Directly after the big lunch, dinner rush.Well that's just if you want fresh cooked chicken! (FRESH CHICKEN!) If you try to beat the rush just before lunch or dinner you are getting the chicken that spends too much time under the hot box lights drying out! But that said the actual reason I'm piping in here is their amazing mashed potatoes and gravy!.... Oh excuse me. I mean when they put enough chicken gravy on that you can taste it. Not just chicken gravy sented potatoes! I spill more gravy off my dinner plate than they put on their potatoe servings. I've been known to keep a can of chicken gravy in the cupboard just for such an emergency! This last individual mash I got I was able to get maybe 2 fork scoops that had enough gravy on to make enjoyable. The rest made it's way to the trash with the chicken bones! I was really looking forward to the mashed and gravy nearly as much as the 11 herbs and spices! Of course I have no absolute guarantee here. I have followed my guidelines and still gotten dry chicken, but your odds are much better!.... I'll try again soon!

There is definitely better chicken b out for the price it's not bad the chicken was ok 5.5/10 macaroni 6.7/10 biscuit 7/10. But there is wayyy better chicken like Vons. The service kinda sucked the lady was super spacey and it took 10 minutes isn't it fast food ?

I only go to this place as a "KFC Lover's" mind & no other KFC store nearby. Most of employees treat customers w/ careless mind, no respect. Taste of food is nor as good as it supposed to be. I ordered extra crispy chicken, but it's not crispy at all. Portions are fair and side orders were good. I wish I can enjoy a real delicious KFC chicken in the future any soon.

Smallish KFC branch. Small and narrow parking lot, located on a busy part of El Camino. Entry and exit is usually difficult during rush hours. Food is average, and service is hit or miss. The drive-thru is convenient, but it gets awkward when they ask you to wait for the food, and you have to back up to get to a parking spot…not an ideal layout by any means.
Staff could barely communicate. It's a very small place with very limited parking. Not much seating either. It took awhile to get my food so I thought it would be fresh, however the 3 piece meal I got was damp and slimy. The skin was not crispy and slid off. The fries were cold.Parking: Fills up fast a lunch time. Street parking is also often full.

If I needed to use a metaphor to describe the quality of the food at this location it would be compared to taste like crap. They could not get the order complete or correct the original recipe chicken tasted like I took a tablespoon of salt, and that was on one piece of chicken. I would not recommend this location to anybody based on the price you definitely do not get your moneys worth, and when I offered to my dog when they sniff it and walk away, that should give you an idea the only thing good about this place where are the biscuits but how can you screw up biscuits?
