I love the chicharron de pollo (make sure to get the aji amarillo dipping sauce for the yucca fries) and the mixto clasico ceviche with taro chips. Can’t go wrong with the truffle mac & cheese. The service there is polite and on their toes ready when you need to catch their attention just glance and they’ll come check on you right away. They are so warm and accommodating.
