Compared to Límon down the street, this place is so far more beautiful … the food was amazing, the service was over the top, so nice !!! great people so much better of a vibe highly recommend the fish tacos. The shrimp tostada is like ceviche and we got the chips and guacamole very good.!! All wine is $9 dollars for the glass and My Husband got a margarita and it was huge! Great music
Fun, loved it!! 😉🥰

Marci at Margarita Factory stands out for her exceptional hospitality and attentiveness. The Margarita Factory is known for its lively atmosphere, delicious food, and large portions, with many guests praising the attentive check-ins and thoughtful touches, especially during busy times. Marci, if she is a regular server here, would likely be part of what makes the Margarita Factory a memorable and enjoyable dining experience.

Marci was incredible—attentive, friendly, and made our visit truly special. Her warm service and helpful recommendations made our meal at Margarita Factory even more enjoyable. Highly recommend requesting her section!”

Good food. Wish there are more varieties. My father loves this place. Each time we went, there’s different types of customers. Has indoor and outdoor seatings. Clean bathroom for the customers. Looks like a good place for business, casual dining, and families. Service is too slow to what I’m used to. It is located around the corner of a public parking lot so it’s a walkable distance. The last time we went, the street is blocked off for a special event so lots of people walking around, making it lively.

The service was great and the menu options were very easy to choose from.

The food here is not very good :/ very very overpriced for what you get.
The chicken I got definitely didn't even look or taste like chicken. The server said it was chicken and not pork but it really tasted bad and had an awful texture. The salsa was decent and chips are ok but really thick. My partner got the vegetarian fajitas and you get maybeee 3/4 cups of veggies for $18.. like what the frick. The flour tortillas are decent but felt still corn based somehow. The steamed veggies are good but for $8 you think you'd get more of a full serving. The taco I had, like I mentioned, was disgusting. Chicken was so so bad. They do give you a little green dip with it that's tasty... But really.. for $40 this meal should have been a lot better. Really disappointed.
Service was friendly but didn't make up for the poor food.

Maybe the worst ceviche I've ever had, very dry and bland. Sat at the bar when there were only a couple of people in the whole restaurant, and somehow couldn't get a second drink. Skip this place.

Mr. Manuel served us in an arrogant and rude manner. We had not even finished ordering and he left us with words in our mouths. We asked him for something and he turned his back on us. We had to go to the bar to order the drinks.. definitely the worst experience people. That's how they shouldn't work in customer service

Decent food in a great area of Redwood City. Outdoor seating is preferred but expect to pay on the higher end for average mexican food.

Way to expensive for the food. They charge for everything. Come on you are a Mexican restaurant, 10 dollars for chips and salsa is ridiculous

$17 for a margarita is a crime. No thanks. Like really $17 for a margarita? I get it the place is dead. I am so happy I did not get food there, because I was so upset I paid for a margarita. I first ask for a margarita and got charged almost 20 dollars, so I asked for a house one to get charged the same. Not worth it. If you really want a margarita that bad do it at home or go to Applebee's. This place over charges for the lack of customers
