Ordered a Hataka Tonkotsu Ramen and a Karaage Rice Bowl for two people.

The ramen broth was creamy and flavorful. Tasted fantastic! As for the karaage, I’d say it was one of best I’ve had at a ramen place. Judging by its portion, price is bit above average but food is good quality so worth the price. Would definitely revisit.

The dining area is a bit loud though. Our table was set pretty near to the ones next to us and it was hard not to overhear other’s conversations.

A nice little Japanese spot in Redmond City, CA!
We were craving some hot noodle dish and decided to go here.
We were greeted by staff with a warm smile and seated promptly.
We both really enjoyed our meals!
I would definitely go again!

Me and my friend just got there while heading home and found this place for quick bite, ramen 🍜 was good. I wish they had vegan option. But I had to customize my order and pay extra. Overall I can say good place to hangout with your family and friends.

We usually trek to San Mateo for ramen, so happy to have a really good ramen option outside of that. The atmosphere is great with big wooden beams in the ceiling and imperfect bowls that have lots of character.

The service is very attentive and everything comes out quick.

The food is good and the ramen choices (tan tan, paitan, tonkotsu) are limited but on point. Appetizers are pretty good too (ika karage, gyoza). Overall, this is the first place I will think of for ramen in the Belmont-San Carlos-RWC area.

I ate the vegetarian ramen and boyyy it was an amazing ramen! Last time I ate a ramen as good as this was in Kyoto. Absolutely recommended. Also the service is fast and so nice. They welcome you when you come and go in Japanese which feels very authentic. I’m sure I’ll come again

What a great spot. Finally got in without a line just before they closed for lunch. I didn’t try their ramen so this is a limited review. I had their Karaage chicken rice bowl which was fantastic. Make sure you ask for the hot chili oil to dip your chicken in along with sprinkling the chili powder. So so good. Seasoned and cooked well and well balanced with the plain rice. It was so good I decided to get the squid tentacles as well. Awesome! The staff was super friendly and attentive. Will be back to try the ramen but so far there’s always been a 1-hour wait so if I finally get in, I’ll update you then. I’m hungry now thinking about it. 🙂

I really enjoy the ramen here. I have dined inside, outside, and gotten it as take out in the past. I get the vegetable ramen, which is the vegetarian option. I get it medium spicy, and add corn. I think the vegetarian option is pretty unique with the greens, cherry tomatoes, and spinach noodles.

The ramen was not as good as before. Bit too salty. The noodle tastes like made from instant noodles. We are forbidden to bring unopened bubble tea to our table. The owner insisted her no outside drinks rules. I don’t why she made it so hard and stressful. We had to leave them on the entrance. Will never come again.

Amazing ramen, hands down. One of the best world wide ramen chain. A must try.
They also have a good selection of sake. We had the Dasai and it’s delicious.
Had the special limited edition ramen with chicken whole leg on the side- it’s very special and tasty. The glaze and the flavor is unique and very special, like never had before.

Mediocre across the board from food to service to atmosphere. Definitely not worth $17 for their least expensive ramen. Fortunately, we have a wealth of other options to choose from.

Came here for dinner around 5pm. There are plenty of open tables on the weekdays. Ordered the Hakata Tonkatsu Ramen - medium spicy level. Broth was rich and noodles were excellent. Took home the soup and made more noodles for the next day. Staff was extremely welcoming and friendly.
