We had a pretty disappointing experience here.
We waited around 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged us or came to take our order. When the food finally started arriving, one dish was missing, so we had to wait again.

We asked for extra bowls to split a portion for the kids, but they brought tiny bowls that looked like pet bowls — definitely not usable. They also didn’t have scissors to cut noodles, which is something most pho places offer, especially when dining with children.

All the dishes were plastic, and even those had chips and scratches, which didn’t feel clean or safe.

Unfortunately, this place ranks last on my list of pho restaurants. I wouldn’t return.

We shouldn't always go off of the reviews. There was a review that wasn't too long ago that said this place wasn't good. I went today for the first time in the food I had the Pho. It was actually very tasty fresh. Customer service was good. I will go again

The imperial rolls were crispy and not overly greasy. I liked that it came with all the noodles and veggies. The roasted chicken was so tender and flavorful. Juicy and perfectly seasoned.

The best pho beef soup we have had in a long time. The soup is very flavorful - no shortcuts here. There are dozens of Vietnamese restaurants near here but this one is the best.

This was a ok place. The service was good and fast. Food was ok. Reasonable price. But what throw me off. The male worker idk if he was the owner. After he served us he sat on a table on the corner towards the register and I saw him picking his nose. 🤢 that just did it for me. I checked out and left but when I got home I had upset stomach now I can't say it was from this place but I don't think I'll be going back here.

Lovely and unexpected pho spot. The food was delicious, so filling and tasty. A proper pho. The service was also wonderful, friendly and happy vibe inside. Would recommend!

We came on a Sunday evening for dinner before a movie. We showed up and no one acknowledged us, so I walked up to the cash register to ask if we could be seated. We were informed after having been there for 20 mins (and after having ordered 10 mins before) that they were out of their rice noodles and therefore essentially sandwiches are what they had to offer. When we walked in, I heard the owner saying something to the servers about being out of noodles. Then just to tip things off, they overcharge us for the one baverage we ordered. I actually asked the server and he said it was correct. However I looked at the menu before we left and no, they overcharged us. But honestly, any restaurant would have comped you the drink after waiting 25 mins to tell you that basically they were out of almost everything on their menu. Anyhow, won’t be returning ever. Terrible attitude and dishonest business practices.

the Pho tasted very hard, as if they weren't cooked properly. The male cashier firmly demanded 30% tip, but didn't put the tip into the receipt.

Logistically challenged and operationally inefficient. Confirmed order not prepared.

Had the vegetarian spring roll, banh mi, and pho. Flavors were good especially helpful for cold. Add little spicy sauce to make the pho taste even better. Service was great and very polite. Would recommend if you are looking for vegetarian options.

We ate pho there. The food was so good and very delicious. The service was very nice. I want to visit again soon!
