Pho is really not that good. The pieces of meat are thick and chewy and the portion is actually pretty small for the price.Service is also average at best, you kind of have to chase the waiters to get any kind of service. We tried this place for a second time and we had the same experience.

I think they're still remodeling; signs haven't been updated from Feb. but no one is answering the phone and they're closed during business hours and all the delivery services are temporarily off. Hope they reopen soon!

I ordered grilled chicken and spring rolls rice vermicelli. It tasted pretty good!

0/10. I’m actually traumatized. We went in and the guy was very rude. Barely acknowledged us. I had a bad feeling because of the bad service and less the pleasant smell but we already ordered so we decided to stick it out. Worst mistake.I got the pho Thai (rare steak), my friend got the pho ga (chicken noodle). It was pretty flavorless so we dressed it up with the condiments. Something tastes off, I smelled the hoisin sauce and it smelt like rotten milk. Disgusting. And then I found a piece of my intestine in my soup and that was it. I sent it back. My friend didn’t want to pay for hers either because of the rotten hoisen sauce in hers. He charged us any way and screamed that we couldn’t ever come back. AS IF WE EVER WOULD. This place needs to be shut down.

Authentic Vietnamese food that is affordable. You know you're getting good food, when the hospitality is low. If you feel like you're not being attended to, this is a good sign. It is all part of the experience when eating at an authentic Viet restaurant. If you feel like your very existence pesters the staff, you know you're going to get some good food.

They used to be decent site for Vietnamese food, Especially for vegetarians. But the food quality and tastes seems declining, more MSG, more weird spices, and surprisingly so racists.

Customer service is zero and place is dirty ...food is normal nothing amazing. Walls are dirty next to tables like someone brew their nose on them. I will never go back there. Customers have to ask for folks to eat , another Customer had to say 2x I'm here to pick up a order cuz 1st time was ignored..I ordered coke than when I said where is my coke server said we don't have coke ...(communicate than dammm)... horrible place ... I lot of asian pho places need to take classes in Customer service and put a smile on your face ...it's FREE.

Chicken soup and rare beef pho are my favorites. Spring rolls, imperial rolls are great. Curry was ok.

I really wanted to like this place as someone who lives and works in the area. I tried it a few times and each time different menu items. Every single time neither my husband nor I could finish. It never tasted good and had lots of issues. The service was always very lacking. Maybe I just got unlucky and caught them on bad days but after the 3rd try I'm done. Sorry folks! Not for me.

The Vietnamese food of my childhood, and I don't have to drive an hour to my mom's house or San Jose. Win!Authentic, straight forward, REAL Vietnamese food. The spring rolls taste like my mom made them. The cheap prices and lack of AC (and service/ambiance I guess) ? How I grew up. And how they automatically put chili sauce (which isn't even spicy, so that Karen down there can save her tears for another day) and peanuts into the spring roll sauce? Hit it, Montell Jordan ! Thiiss is how we do ittt Vermicelli bowls are good too, as are the Viet iced coffee (in a real phin) and Thai iced tea. I haven't had the pho, but here's a tip folks: get your pho from a place with Pho in the title. Otherwise get other dishes because that is the focus of the restaurant.Thank you, May's Vietnamese Restaurant, for the noms and nostalgia! (Disclaimer: I've only ever had take out from here. The lack of AC doesn't tickle me /that/ much, hehe)

Pho was average at best. Service was non existence. The place gave me "the hole in the wall feeling". Probably won't be back anytime soon!

Came here for a hangover recovery meal. Party of 5. Very family fun. I think the father took our order but he was friendly. I always get bun Bo hue at any pho place if they have it and it wasn't bad. The near was not that shift and more chewy. The broth and noodles were good though. My friends all ordered the #1 and #3 and the bowls were large. I think it's a standard pho place but expensive. But hey its norcal lol
