In that restaurant there are people who are friendly depending on the shift,
But there are many people who work there who are very pessimistic and do not help people because since McDonald's decided to put those screens where you can place your order, the truth is they have made a bad decision because the service is no longer the same and there are many people Standing in line wanting to order and the employees do not attend because they just let people order through the monitor, for me it is bad service I think giving 3 stars is a lot.

I ordered through the app this morning, when I arrived I was told the mobile orders were down but to give them 10 minutes to reboot. I had used both points and card to pay for this order. Finally the mobile ordering came back on line and I was told to pull to the window. Nobody EVER came to the window. I knocked on the window and still nobody came. I ended up leaving when I couldn't get an employee, however I WAS charged both points and dollars for food items I was never give. If I could give negative stars at this location I would. completely pointless. Save your time and just go to a different location if you don't want to waste your time.

This place SUCKS. Every time I go here there’s always an issue… the espresso machine is broken, being cleaned, their internet is down and it’s cash only.. I’ve never been another McDonald’s with such issues even during the overnight hours and you can’t ever expect much from a fast food restaurant anyway but this place is horrible

Is it possible to give 0 stars. My order today was horrible. I asked for them to replace my fries, due to them being overcooked. They replaced them with some that seemed to have been cooked even longer than the first batch, and when I tried to complain about them, I was told that the timer for there fries are set, and they can not change it. OMG. I just took my order and tried to humble myself to eat it. Later noticed that my filet a fish was also over cooked, with a dash of tartar sauce. NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM THIS MCDONALDS!!!!
