Today at night (11:00pm) leaving work I decided to go to McDonalds, upon arriving I realized that the Drive Thru was closed with cones so I decided to enter the restaurant but it was also closed, I noticed that all the employees were laughing between them as if it were a mini party, on the door it says “DriveThru open 24 hours”. I recommend going to another McDonalds if you don't want to stay hungry before getting home.TERRIBLE SERVICE!(I write it in Spanish because I know their employees speak Spanish)

Good food (fresh, too), nice environment and atmosphere, very good service, and definitely, VERY polite, friendly, and professional employees, also as well.They will get my business again.Parking: Lots of parking spots.Wheelchair accessibility: (If I correctly remember, of course), 2 Handicapped Parking Places, right in front of the entrance to the restaurant.(VERY convenient, of course)!
They have remodeled and it is nice inside. They usually serve the drive thru customers first and that means a long wait inside. The drive-thru is also very, very slow.

It's food, why am I being asked to review this? You drive up, you order something, the guy in the other side of the microphone has no idea of what you said, you repeat your order, you drive, you give them your money, you get your food, you ask them to include extra napkins.

There is a lady here who is a cashier but instead of being a cashier she looks like security, she is taking care of her colleagues how they work and taking care of those on the street that they do not take soda, and that is why she does not take the order well and always makes mistakes ?, personally They should send more training to their employees with customer service, this lady's job is too big for her, she really is bulgar and rude, I don't even know how this is that position without being trained, by the way, she has the morning shift from 11am / 7 pm I don't know what it's called but I know it has this shift, because I used to come during the day and now I'm going to another McDonald's.

Overall ok experience, but today was bad - they had the mens toilet closed. I was with my toddler daugher and the worker didn’t want me use women’s toilet when my daughter wanted to use it urgently.Personnel look very unhappy and tired, and I can understand them. So my ask to the management to develop some protocol for the situation when one of the toilets is broken/closed. Toilet is an essential part of the restaurant’s operations and it should not operate when it is not functioning.Kid-friendliness: It is has a nice structure for kids and kids 1-4 seem to have a good time

The play structure needs to be cleaned more often!!!! It smelled like urine....anyways that being said it was a nice spot to play with the other kids on a rainy day.

Rude workers here and they don’t know the prices.Made my order. Drove up to first window and was charged one price. Got to the second window and they told me I had to pay more. When I tried to ask why and explain what I ordered. The woman was very rude and we got in an argument.We will not return here.
