Ordered 6 piece mcnugget happy meal and didnt recieve the mc nuggets, also got the wrong mc crispy

“Alejandro the manager” working evening shift did not want to serve customers despite of them waiting in queue for a long time but did server others. Asked why they didn’t want to server and made us wait. But they kept telling us it’s too late, did not want to explain why. Interaction was very unpleasant and unprofessional.

Went through the drive through for first time after it burnt down and was rebuilt
Drive through only, and you still wait in a parking lot, why have one when no inside dining? And then after watching car after car go through, you still get your order wrong! And this is why I haven’t done McDs in a few years. Now permanently for sure!

Fast food is a lie.. every single time I come to this mcdonalds to grab a quick bite to eat i end up sitting in a drive thru line for 10-15 minutes.. on two separate occasions it has made me late for work! I've worked food industry basically my whole life and I can tell you it isn't hard to take order and get food out in a timely fashion.. especially at mcdobalds where the process is highly automated my advice if you want a quick bite to eat GO TO ANOTHER MCDONALDS I personally will not be visiting this mcdonalds again... shame because it's soo close to home
