my gf work there for about like a year ago and quit because she been getting harassed by the manager Victor and one of my family members came one day with me to see what was going on. he was afraid of getting his life ruined but we could’ve went to the police and see him fall. I just suggested other not to bring your minors in here.

The young girl who was working July 11th at 7 o’clock at the drive-thru was rude as hell and needs to work on their customer service skills. They were incapable of understanding that I wanted a plain burger, not a Big Mac, and when told that repeatedly she proceeded to misinterpret a clear order. She then told us, verbatim, “Can you give me an answer? We need to cook the food” in the most snarky tone I have ever heard. Forgot the ranch we had paid extra for too. A poor experience overall.

Its McDonalds, only its McDonald's in redwood city so you know it has to be worse. Basically, usually, subtract a star if the eating establishment is in redwood city. There are rare exceptions.

I normally enjoy a good breakfast once in awhile from this McDonald’s but yesterday morning I got the Burnt McMuffin.
Right now I just went to this McDonald's and I asked for some food and also for some ice cream. I got my food and noticed when I got home that I was missing the ice creams so I called them and said that I just noticed that I missed my ice creams. The person that answer the phone said: "well why don't you see what you have, you should have checked your order" I said: well You didn't give me a receipt so I couldn't see what I ordered. Then he said: "and what do you want me to do" after back and forth I was still talking and he said ok see you tomorrow and hang up on me. If you don't want to work, then just stay home!!! FYI I was not treating him like a Karen I was being nice

Ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and 2 cheeseburgers with fries, they forgot the quarter pounder and the fries were definitely sitting for awhile, unfortunately no quality control at this location. Will not go back again.
