Service hasnt been good lately. Did yall change the management recently?

Everytime I place an order lately, i have to come back for corrections. And the food is not handled like it used to be. It seems like the standard of food quality and service is decreasing.

Ingredients i specifically requested for in my sandwich or salad are always missing or just not properly prepared. You can tell if your food was handled with care.

This place is very clean, the staff is friendly and professional, and the food tastes good. I'm giving 5 stars for this. However, some things I do wish:
1. They bring back that goat cheese salad they made a few months back--it was insanely good (probably complicated to make for the staff though, to be fair).
2. They need to change their cookie provider. The cookies here are not delicious.

Adam the store manager and his staff is phenomenal. Solid menu with flavorful fresh ingredients in each selection. I’ve had the Super Bowl salad, the beets, and the humus. All delicious. My son snatched the chimichurri steak sando.

The same food at this store tastes a lot worse than the one next to Whole Foods at Hillsdale. It’s really unfortunate that DoorDash doesn’t provide the option to order from the other one.

This is what you are supporting every time you eat at Mendocino Farms in Redwood Shores, the amount of garbage that this store produces is unfathomable! They have no care for the wildlife that lives behind the building in the slough, allowing their debris to be blown into our waterways.

I had the vegan banh mi. It was less of a banh mi and more a banh mi inspired sandwich. It was ok. Not great but not bad.
Some points to improve
1. Add more Cucumber and cilantro to the sandwich.
2. There was no heat from the jalapeños. Add more spice.
3. The aioli and sweet sauce were not great. The pickled veggies were already sweet and the sauce was overkill. There needs to be heat(from the jalapeños) to balance the overly sweet taste from the sauce and pickled veggies.
4. The aioli tasted like nothing. I barely missed it.
If they work on these factors, it'll make an awesome inspired sandwich.

I pick up lunch here every week day. I don’t plan on stopping unless I stop working nearby. I had the same salad for a month straight now. It is the best place for a nutritious meal. The lunch time staff are the best. Thank you for a great experience!

Thank you to the team at the RedwoodShores location, they took a catering order transfer the day before I needed it for my girlfriend’s birthday and were really accommodating as I made changes to the order even on the day of!
