Enjoyed going to this place. All of my filipino dish cravings satisfied! You get bang for your buck as the servings are generous. I like how you can choose entrees & sides for their combo meals. Typical filipjno dishes available until supply lasts of course! I like how they thought of everything, your order comes with the traditional dipping sauces for the dish- or you can make your own as they have a table with the necessary condiments available.
We especially love, love, love the chocolate cake (mom & jaeca’s brand) a must have!
The halo- halo is a bit underwhelming. I think a lot of thought needs to go into the mixture of ingredients that go in. It’s a bit bland. I do hope they will expand on the dessert options though i know that there were mochi bibingkas there.
We’ve tried the take- home dishes that are frozen and am quite happy with the dinuguan we brought home but hey, i’ve been away for 21 years so the dishes they have really hits the spot!
Goldilocks polvoron is also available.
In all, i would not hesitate to go back- actually, i’ve already been a couple of times over the past month!

So happy to have a Filipino restaurant in Redwood City! Food is so good, service is very friendly, and the restaurant is very nice inside. Bonus is that they have some Filipino grocery items for purchase as well (i.e., frozen lumpia, fresh pandesal, etc.). I always have to drive to Fremont to get stuff from a Filipino market, so it is nice to have some basics nearby!

Highly recommend!

As written on the tin. A pleasant and casual comfort food place with excellent customer service. Had one meal here and it was pleasant though nothing incredible. Exactly the nice tasty casual food it adverises. Would come again.

Food was authentic. Service was a bit unorganized and slow. Part of our order was still cooking when we were ready to sit down and eat so they said they’d bring it to our table. They never did so we had to remind them on our way out and packed it to go.

Wow. So happy to have them in RWC!
Friendly Philippines style. I ❤️ Filipinos! They gives you samples to help you decide.

Great food. Solid bihon. Garlic rice is not heavy just hint of garlic.
Bangus sisig! Yay!

Also had bicol express. Beef Tagalog. everything's good.

Just veggies are little hard. But happy to have veggies at all in Filipino food. Lol.

Great price.

Saw this place and decided to have my mom's 90th birthday dinner here. Typically, reservations are not available, but since we were a slightly larger group (7 people), we decided to ask.

The food is delicious—Filipino comfort food, yet accessible to people of various tastes. I spoke with one of the team members, and they said they really tried to keep the Filipino flavors authentic while also enhancing them so that more people can enjoy the cuisine.

It was busy during the two hours we were there eating.

I usually don't like spicy foods, but the Bicol Express was quite lovely. One thing to note is that their Halo Halo (dessert) is incredibly refreshing and cooling.

We will definitely be back again soon.

Most of their food is good. But some of their other items are too expensive.

Its not an eat in restaurant. They have tables but the place is small. They need a larger place. FOOD IS EXCELLENT! WE ARE GLAD THEY MOVED IN.

This is the second time we came here. My boyfriend and I ordered two 2-entrees combo ($24.99). It’s such a good deal. We’ve tried pork sisig (9/10), pork BBQ (8/10), bicol express (9/10), and kaldereca (8/10). Everything is good!! You can choose a side. I always choose half garlic rice (9/10) and half pancit canton (9/10). It also comes with vegetables, pickles, and small bites. The interior design is good and clean. The staff is friendly. It’ll be our go to spot.

At 11 a.m, when they open, a bunch of their menu is still unavailable. One should be able to order anything on the menu at opening, especially if you open very late. Finally received soup 26 min after opening. Very small soup for 25 dollars. When they fix this, I will add stars. Very disappointed 😞

The menu suggested they have lechon on weekends. Did not count on supplier not available on holiday. We drove 12 miles so we moved to plan B. We chose pork BBQ sticks, fairly tasty with a nice char to it. Meat were decent pieces of pork. I do, however, like a little more fat on the pork. The garlic rice was tasty. The pancit was a bit overcooked, a preference is a little al dente noodle and perhaps a slice of lime. The veggies were a little over steamed as well, surprise to see veggies as a choice. The lumpia needed a bit more crisp. The food was tepid but I think it would overcook if left on heated steamer. Mom liked the achara, pickled papaya and cucumbers. Service was nice.
