Wonderful customer service. Lisandra is amazing. I returned a clipper I bought last week and she took care of me. She is kind and very professional.

Fantastic and delicious food, I loved the character this place has, and the cashiers were nice. I will surely visit here next time.

Excellent location, fantastically stocked, just what you need when you need it, right off El Camino. Can't beat it in the area, top notch among brand locations. Only one criticism and it's from the heart, shut down the public restroom. Not sure what was up but two men were in the toilet for 25 mins on their cell phones and it seemed sketchy. Either get a security guard or don't offer restrooms as it attracts sketchy folks.

TLDR: Check price tags before you put something in your cart. Compare them with your receipt. Avoid customer service at all cost. Beware that the manager takes no responsibility. OR JUST DON'T GO THERE. Absolutely Horrible. Everything's messed up. I purchased a bunch of frames along with some other stuff the other days. The amount I paid seemed weird because I had a glance of basically ever price tag when I put the stuff in my cart, and I believed that the sum should be much cheaper than it appeared on my receipt. Besides, the cashier cannot find anything when swiping the barcode of a organizing box so she asked how much it was, and I said $10.99, to which she replied that "I'll make it $8"...So I went back and checked prices of everything I bought and took pictures. Turned out I was over-charged around $55 -- e.g. they charged me $14.99 for a $5.99 frame, etc. However the cashier did swipe the correct barcode on the merchandise, and the name as well as item no. appeared correct on the receipt, but it's simply not possible that a small plastic frame should cost $15, especially under the circumstance that there're 2 types of frames and the other was marked $14.99. So I suspected something must be messed up in the system and decided to let the manager know. The cashier that worked with my purchase was nice and apologized, and told me I need customer service to get me my refund. So I got to customer service, and an EXTREMELY RUDE girl took my receipt and heard me telling her what's going on, then no apology, no explanation, no whatsoever, just full of attitude as if I were there to make her job miserable. I tried my best to be polite and nice yet she just seemed grumpy. I tried to show her pictures of the price tags reckoning she looked confused, but she gave me a blank stare and asked me in a very impatient tone: " Could you just wait 1 second?"...God forbides customers to try to be helpful. And when I talked about my experience to the manager, yet again no apology but just an absurd explanation that their system can't be wrong, it must be the price tags that were wrong. Yep, that must be it, it's just that nearly everything I purchased had a ridiculously wrong price tag...SMH And when I went back there again and returned 2 frames that didn't work for me, I had to deal with another customer service staff who's grumpy as hell as well...It seems that they just didn't want anyone to talk to them or else they just hate themselves and the world. Fine.

I come here all the time but today I had an employee ask for my receipt because he assumed I was stealing. He's fairly new but he saw me ring the items up. I even stopped by Starbucks after I paid and walked right passed him. Very rude. Don't think I'll go back to this location. The Foster City location is WAY cleaner and way friendlier. I recommend going there!

I eat in this spot a lot since I work nearby. I like how the customer service is always excellent and they keep the place well organized regularly. Rates are reasonable and they serve big portions.

i own stocks in target....i wanted to find out how easy it was to order on line..... very hard it took me 30 minutes to get to a page where i could see the items and order not a very good selection pages were hard to find and go to the next page .....if you cannot get a page or system close to amazon system you are going to have a hard time competing with walmart or anyone else.........people my age (82) are not going to go out shopping.....we will order on line so get with it, design something easy..... thats the key ... cj stamates 650 369 9825

The super beta guy with the security shirt actually scoffed at me, rather than say hello. He's your typical, "I failed the police entrance exam, now I'm a clown who pretends to be about security. But I'm too insecure to stop projecting long enough to do my job." He had the security follow me immediately. It's on your cameras. I'll be contacting the DM. At one point the wheel on my cart locked up when I tried to switch lanes. I'm not kidding. It's on video thanks to Captain Hamfist. His little beta-in-training was right by the gates, after I had paid. So even after I paid in cash, they still harassed me. You're are actual clowns, following people from Stanford campus. Maybe you need to cut down on the caffeine there, Gomer. You're projecting stupidity on people that are generally much smarter. Watch the video. He couldn't contain it. Maybe that's a bad fit for that location. That man is a clown. He acted like a little boy on Ritalin pretending to be a cop. But really, very poorly. Where's your Tiki-torch? Because everything I'm describing is verbatim what occurred.

Just an okay Target. Kind of compact and stuff together almost. Thankfully, this is a Target that is open a little later in the area compared to most places. Not the cleanest or most organized. My cashier Nancy was super sweet though.

Today, was my final visit! I kick myself every time I go in there - it's like some sort of self-punishment I do to myself? I'm angry and disgusted every time I leave. Backing up a bit...In spring 2019, I found an extremely large and sharp machete-like knife in the dirt island on the end of a parking aisle. Yes, like the kind in movies. Took a few pictures and reported it to the manager that evening. He said he would take care of it immediately. I suggested to call police asap. About 1 or 2 hours later after some heavy shopping I get to my car and it's still there? Manager didn't even offer to walk me to my car, failed to alert Target security to retrieve it or watch over it? The worst part is he lied and told me he had called the police to cover up for forgetting. That incident was blatantly unsafe and scary. You dont need to be a store manager to do the right thing. Unacceptable, Corporate Offices!!! I have the pics still. Where do I begin: -Management or Supervisors can't solve a problem to save their life! They dont even respond or suggest alternative solutions? There's no accountability! One manager looks like the character straight out of "Something About Mary" - - 4 out of my 4 online orders have been messed up and/or entirely wrong products? Always baby food which just sucks at 5pm at night. -Food area looks like a bunch of raccoons tore up the place the night before OR a group of employees are taking up an entire table while customers who have ordered hot food are eating off their cart w/ no place to sit. -I truly believe employees hide on the floor like little hobbits and/or use their red inventory carts to block the entire aisle your trying to get through. You ask politely to get by....they're MIA or texting, again. -Cashiers just text and you end up bagging your own purchases! Your better off using the self check out! -The new hip music playing is too loud and just doesn't fit the image of the RWC store. -Bathrooms are unacceptable and carts have ropes of human hair wrapped around their wheels (yes, dont look!) -Lastly, the 40 Year Old Virgin lookalike security guard, David, with the tight *ss khaki pants who walks 25 mph around the store....Repeat: You are not a police officer. Repeat: You are not a police officer. Stop trying to be one on an hourly wage of $12.25! You're ridiculous and it's time to move out of your childhood room! You're just plain annoying! -AND lastly, lastly: what is up with the squatter's living in the parking lot or on the side road to the entrance off of El Camino? Lawn chairs, bbq's, high chairs, cars parked there for days! Unsafe.

I came to get uniforms and under garments for my grandson. Brenda was very helpful! She even checked back stock on items that was empty on the shelf. Brenda gets 5 stars for her Customer service. 06/25/2019 Christian Gets 5 Stars today. I came in to get coffee and cereal. Christian was restocking the cereal aisle. I asked him if he had a specific cereal on his restocking cart, and he didn't have it. But He told me to wait and he would go check back stock. And he came back with several boxes. Every time I come to this Target location, I get Great Service.
