Prima Deli is now my goto deli in the area. Their tri-tip sandwiches is one of the best that I have ever had. They cook it in house and use the deli slicer to cut the tri tip, so it is never chewy and always tastes great. The staff is friendly and efficient and there is plenty of seating. Can’t miss this spot.

This place sells the most delectable, angel-kissed sandwiches under the sun. The deli meat is freshly sliced, the vegetables are fresh and crisp, they put the perfect amount of condiments on there. And on top of that, all the people there are friendly and kind! I'll have a feeling this place is gonna burn a hole in my wallet...
Redwood City is one of those places you drive through on the way to somewhere else...but not today! The Prima Deli is my target, wedged neatly in unassuming little strip mall the kind most people just drive by without stopping...but not today! Binkcuss Hodiddly called me the other day and said "If there's ever a place you gotta get a deli sandwich from it's the Prima Deli in Redwood City!" Well, nothing beats an honest to goodness family run Italian Delicatessen...So here I am. Binkcuss was right, the sandwich I got was Amazing, it was so good I got another..just not as big. 5 stars all day long. ☆☆☆☆☆
