1st time eating at this Quuckly on Walnut, Redwood City & disappointed that my favorite, salmon teriyaki, was so hard, rubbery, crunching that it must be way overcooked, or in very high heat or naybe even reheated. This is a 1st having it so overcooked & hard to cut, I'm havung 2nd thoughts about ordering it again & that was my regular, go to food. Maybe just here won't order again.

Came here on 10/8/2025 around 6:30pm. Ordered at the kiosk for only one drink. The texted message said it will take 15 minutes to make one drink. There's no other customer except me at the store. I went outside and waited with my dogs. Once I received the text that my order was ready I went inside to pick it up. I didn't see my drink at the counter top. I stood in front of the counter and waited for my drink that supposed to be ready. There're two employees that were there, mind their own business, no greeting or even asking me if I ordered something. After waiting for almost 5 minutes, one of them asked if I ordered something. I told them yes, and it supposed to be ready to pick up already, but I didn't see my order on the counter as usuals. They always put the order on the counter when it's ready. She then rudely tells me that it was ready for a while, and they don't put it on top of the counter! I appreciate you ignored me stood in front of you while you acted like I wasn't there, not even a word ,greeting, or mind to ask if I'm here to pick up an order. I came to this place all the times. The customer service was not impressed most of the time. But I don't mind since I just grabbed & go. I hardly voice my opinions because customers service is a hard work. This time is so bad and unacceptable for me. I pays for my food, I deserves a better service than this !

It is good but their watermelon slush doesn't use real water melon like the quickly in Foster City. More watermelon flavored syrup.

Went there because I was so tired from work and want to get something to eat. I ordered fried mini octopus and chicken popcorn. The mini octopus was chewy and very fishy. I didn’t know that it the management changed already. The old chinese owner were very approachable and serving was great before. But with this new management it was a disaster. I waited for at least 30mins to get my owner and got them bad. The popcorn chicken was not even a ‘popcorn’ size, it was a fried chicken. I wasted 20 dollars on that order.

Store had good vibes to it, menu’s super big so you can choose from a lot, employees are nice and you can tell they work hard especially for two people. Ordered a Raspberry slush, will definitely be coming back…

Tried this new bubble tea spot and was seriously disappointed. I ordered a taro jasmine milk tea, something I’ve had and loved at many other places but this version was incredibly watery and weak. No flavor, no balance, just a bland, diluted mess. The boba themselves were fine, but that’s really the bare minimum. For a new place, you'd think they’d want to make a good impression, but this left me wishing I had gone anywhere else. I won’t be coming back.
