Don’t ever buy a Thanksgiving turkey from this place. Don’t get me wrong. The bird was delicious, but it’s basically a little tiny bit larger than a rotisserie chicken. It says the bird will be between 12 and 16 pounds. It’s more like 8 to 10 pounds. I paid $137 for a rotisserie size turkey to feed nine people. Very disappointed. Had to go to Safeway to have the deli sliced me extra turkey pieces so I can make sure that everybody was able to eat

The best BBQ around. A must try, you won’t regret it.
Very disappointed with the food. I decided to stop by and get some BBQ to celebrate a good day. Since they were out of pulled pork, I ordered the Pork Ribs meal with cornbread, fries and coleslaw. Since I lived in Texas for a while, I have high expectations for good BBQ. Now I know making good BBQ is hard work and requires time and patience and frankly I know I won’t get that here in California, but this was beyond disappointing! The ribs were dried out as if they had been sitting around for a few hours, the fries seemed to be from a frozen package, and the cornbread was sad and soggy. The only item I enjoyed was the coleslaw since it was cool and fresh. I was hoping to make this place my regular BBQ pit stop but after this experience, I will keep looking!

I went here for first time I ordered half a chicken and some brisket, brisket was delicious but very little pieces, but half of the chicken was mostly back bones… disappointing:/ the service was terrible from this one person at the register. Seems like I was asking food for free :(

The food is good.
They ask you to tip when you pay for your order, but there is no service. They call your order via text and you've got to pick up your food and clean up the table after yourself.

I was in town playing softball here in Redwood City. I was looking for a place to eat and I found Redwood City barbecue. I ordered the ribs with the two sides, and I was very disappointed on the amount of food. They ribs were small portions The cornbread was OK. The beans lacked in taste potato potato salad was OK. The whole plate cost me $28. I don’t think I’ll be coming back here.
I came from out of town for the Brisket. It was tough and bland. I asked for extra fatty and got meat the consistency of Tri-tip tough. Very disappointing. Potoe salad was a beige color and after one bite ,threw it away. Mac n cheese was Alfredo sauce. NO CHEDDER. Even the cobbler was nothing like the menu picture. It was a single serving pie that looked straight out of a box. Coleslaw was dry not sauce at all. The one item that was good, were the pork ribs. I gave 2 stars because of the ribs. Out of 10 or more different items we bought, only the ribs were good.
UPDATE: I have been offered a credit by the Management to try again. To be continued...
