Their donuts, pastries, cookies and cakes are bestsellers at our cafe. They serve a large clientele of food service and catering companies around Northern California. They always deliver their goods fresh to my workplace. You can order a customized cake for a big event like a birthday celebration or a catering event. The menu is diverse. The selections are huge. All of the baked goods baked here are delicious. Highly recommend getting the donuts, pastries,cookies, cakes and their cornbread. Their cornbread has sweet corn kernels in it. The minimum order is $75. My boss orders a birthday cake for every employee that works in a catering company that I work at, so he ordered a chocolate cake with rich mocha buttercream. It was a rich mocha buttercream and complements well with chocolate cake. It was nicely decorated with edible chocolate pearls, a poinsettia sugar, with buttercream decorations. Nicely prepared. Although we had few mishaps when delivery guy was lazy not putting in storage cabinet to avoid unexpected vistors like ants. So we had this company get our credit back few times.

This is our favorite bakery. We order cakes from here all the time and fir every family occasion. They make the best tres leches cake and their cakes don’t give you the guilt trip of consuming it. Horrible customer service!! Don't even bother wasting your time or money. I arrived to see if I could place an order for 5 small cakes. A very nice employee that seems to be the one working in the back was accommodating for my order. But this white Mercedes pulled up and a Asian women come out who was the owner. The employee then proceeded to tell me she could charge me. I said okay and waited. Then the employee shared with her my order she said to him no I will not sell it to her will not accommodate to pack each cake individually. He then told me that she not going to sell it to me and she waved her hand to me to leave. She was extremely RUDE will never take my business to her ever again. Horrible !! She was even wearing a face mask, to begin with, so it's better that I did not buy anything.

Called on Wed to make an order , it was not a big cake. When i got to the location on saturday a chinese lady tolled me my cake was not ready when I had tolled them i was going to pick it up at 1PM. I had to wait 30 min for my cake to be ready. She tolled me she was not the manager , worst cust service. !

They were so delicious that I had to get the name of the bakery. I understand that they are mostly wholesale, but I will give them a shot and see if they have pastries similar to those served at the Hilton.

San Francisco Bakery used to only bakery we would go to to buy cakes. I WILL NEVER BUY A CALE THERE AGAIN. Their customer service is the worst. I recently called to make an order for my sons birthday and was met with the worst customer service ever. I called 2 weeks before I needed the cake and was asked for credit card number and all my information which I gave to her. I then told her that i didn't know about the design yet so that i would call back with a design, she said that they took orders until 4. I told her great and that I would call back. Finally I found the cake that I wanted and called back to get an email to where I could send the design I wanted. I spoke to the same person and now was told that orders were only taken until 2. I called at 330. I then told her that that wasn't what was told to me and that I had already given her my credit card number. But she said that nothing had been charged and that she couldn't take the order I said ok and that I would order somewhere else and she just hung up. The simple fact that orders can't be taken is a little ridiculous. She was so rude! I used to be able to walk in anytime before they closed and make an order. They used to be so great. Just horrible now. Never going there again.

Ordered sweet and savory pastries for an event at my church and was delighted! The pastry was wonderfully flaky and the fillings were generous and flavorful. I have ordered cookies and petit fours for past events and was very happy. The staff is kind and helpful, both on the phone and in person. I am definitely ordering from them again! It looks like they are remodeling the "retail" side- so you need to use the door to the left to pick up your order.
Zero stars given if I could !! These cupcakes were given at the hospital I work for and they were The worst cupcakes I have ever had !!! I was actually disgusted by the taste of the icing . Not only did it taste like wax.. the icing was so strong it stained our tongues, teeth, and mouth. We have been spitting out red icing all day !! Definitely a no bueno ..

I order a cake the design was nothing professional, I came in the next day to show them what they did and the manager a chinesse lady told me they can't make the cakes exactly the same, it was a simple birthday cake , I was their regular customers for years I wish I can post the picture of the cake , hard to believe that cake was made for them, plus the sunday employee was ruth, with no customer service at all , I will never never order a cake from this "fine" bakery with no customer service starting with the manager ah!!! And she was only giving me 5% of the cake back jajajaa I paid $90 for that cake, of course I didn't want her 5%.
