I had a fantastic time at Waterside Grill + Lounge! The vibe is laid-back and perfect for relaxing with friends or enjoying a quiet evening. The view of the water really adds to the atmosphere. The food was tasty — I especially loved their seafood dishes and the appetizers. The service was friendly and attentive, making the whole visit even better. Overall, a great spot for good food in a chill setting. I’ll definitely be back!

Wonderful New Year's Eve buffet experience. The food selection was generous and fresh, with something for everyone. Everything was well presented and constantly replenished. The atmosphere was lively and festive, perfect for celebrating the new year. Service was attentive and friendly, and the overall vibe made the evening feel special. We truly enjoyed our night and would definitely go back again.
A deeply immature staff that I wouldn't trust with my food.

Nice to be able to find a Thanksgiving buffet in the bay area. Food was overall really good, no ham, but had prime rib. Good selection in buffet, food was fresh and good quality and good service
Dinner was excellent and my family really enjoyed it. We weren't sure a buffet would be good, but it really was. Exceeded expectations!
Total experience great. Was just surprised at the "large party charge." We were originally at 6 but one did not make it. Not sure if that was a penalty because we ended up being 5 as opposed to 6. Wonder if I missed that piece of information on their website or in OpenTable that would say Parties of 5 and up are considered large party, therefore, will receive a fee for it.
I just tried to order a snack off the 2-5pm menu.
I have enjoyed eating here so far the food is of really good quality and portion size. However my experience just now has made me give a poor rating , would be 1 star based on the service just experience alone. Took ages to be seated and then the staff were discussing management issues out loud and totally ignored me. I had to request to place an order a few times, (proved difficult to get their attention even though they were right near me!). There were a few other floating staff too, doing nothing, just ignoring me. It was quiet too. At the end I decided to walk away as they couldn’t be bothered to take my order! They lost my custom! Feel very disappointed!

The food was tasty and well-presented. Service is well-intentioned but inexperienced. The acoustics are poor. Even with a half-full (only) restaurant, the noise from the bar was so loud it was hard to hear each other at our table on the other side of the room. If you want a lively bar scene, you're sure to enjoy the time; if you're there only to eat and aren't arriving jetlagged off of a flight, I'd choose another spot. The Bay Area has too much excellent food and good service to settle.
Loved the ambience and food.

The worst restaurant experience we've had in many many years. We cannot imagine this restaurant will survive. It has seating for maybe 100+ people, and we counted 11 including us. We asked the kind waitress about the blaring horrible music, and she said the staff found it very difficult to work with, but they were not allowed to turn it down; it was supposed to make the place lively. It was very unpleasant to try to eat fast so we could get out of there and communicate better.

Had Sunday brunch, and the place was completely dead. Despite only having one active table, service was glacially slow, as was the kitchen. Worst part of the experience was the barman prepping(?)— it sounded like someone throwing plates and glasses about and made it much noise it was impossible to have a conversation! I can only assume they just wanted us to leave. Mission accomplished. Permanently…

We had a great experience! Nathan was our server, and he was engaging and accommodating, especially with our table of five teenagers. Here's a pro tip for those who are just dining at the restaurant: park in the upper parking garage, take a ticket, and then ask your server for a parking validation ticket. They'll provide you with something to scan for free parking. This was the only confusing aspect, but I appreciate that they have gated parking. Overall, the food, service, and environment were excellent. We will definitely be back!

The food is outstanding. From the eggs Benedict to the steak and desserts, it was delicious
It's average for the price, view is obstructed by the hotel pool (and the guests laying on lounge chairs). Drinks were ridiculously priced and watered down.
