Actually, the service was very slow due to the shortage of help, but our servicer, Nathan, did the best he could. He kept apologizing for the shortage of help and we knew it was not his fault. He should be recognized by the Management for trying so hard to please everyone that night.

Tried the restaurant for a Valentine's Day date. When an employee saw us standing at the host station (because she was just seating another party), he made sure we were being helped. They had a prefixe menu and kindly allowed us to order from both the prefixe and regular menu. The beverages and food were very good although some of the food cooled down really quickly. The salmon croquettes and lamb shank were awesome, and my boneless shortrib dish was good and very filling. The server Benny was warm and attentive. We were seated kind of toward one end and the restaurant dimmed the lighting even further after we started eating so it just took a while to get someone's attention for a box and the check. Everything else was good. I'd dine there again.
We would like to commend our server Cindi who was outstanding. The occasion for our lunch was for my niece's wedding and Cindi made a point giving our party extra special attention.

We had a work dinner here and had a great experience! The place is beautifully decorated for the holidays and the seating is very comfortable. The restaurant is large and feels open and airy. The staff was very friendly and attentive and the manager welcomed us and thanked us for making a reservation. The food was very good: crispy Brussel sprouts, salmon entry and scallop dishes were excellent. I look forward to coming back especially with nice weather to sit outside for water views.

Well executed, normal food. As others have said, the burgers are really good with equally good fries. The fish tacos are a bit plain but nonetheless good. Good salad choices. And if you want good wine, they have an impressive selection too. And this place doesn’t overly salt their food… kudos to the kitchen!

I honestly do not know where to start, but A+ to Scrollbar and their entire staff for an exceptional dining experience! Amazing variety of delicious food, and the service was extraordinary. Special shout-out to Jaime, Jose, and Benny (and his sons) — plus Mia; and I'm sure lots of other names I have unfortunately forgotten. Everyone came together to make this a most memorable holiday. You can be sure we will come back —probably as soon as tonight!

We thought their Thanksgiving Champagne Buffet was excellent because the food was creative and prepared well and were not dishes you cook for yourself at home. This is what dining out is all about for us - a culinary experience where a good chef uses his skills to prepare special dishes for his customers. It was a long drive there for us but felt it was worth it.

One of the best burgers I’ve had in a while. The menu is great and service was great. They have outdoor seating available overlooking the waterfront.
Do not trust these fake scammers they have created a fake scam app that is called WiFi router booster to allow hackers to gain access to your router by the backdoor.

It used to be Bay 223 at Sofitel. Since Grand Bay took over, this place has been renovated to a more causal dining place. Food was decent although not outstanding. The waiters were attentive and courteous. I like it being quiet which makes this place a nice choice. Nice ambience. Free parking at the hotel parking lot is convenient.
