When I made my reservation through OpenTable for our anniversary dinner, I put in a note requesting a table on the second floor overlooking the main dining area on the first floor. We were seated 30min past our reservation time with no accommodations. They overbooked their restaurant and don't have any place for you to sit while waiting or have a drink because the bar was packed too. Us and many other couples just stood in the entry way waiting. This is a high level establishment where waiting this long should just not happen. Food and service was excellent.
Cell's has plenty of old world charm and a menu of modern delights. We did the prefix menu with add-ons for the tar and the steak. The desserts were excellent. Also chocolate cake is very dense and rich while the pudding is traditional English the service is excellent and we felt like we had been going there for years, even though it was our first time.
