Not knowing how to order coffee, I said what I wanted. I had been under the assumption that a barista was sort of like a somolier; that they could make recommendations based on simple requests. Don't get me wrong, I'm a simple man (read: broke) but somebody gave me a gift card and this thing cost me (it) 10 bucks. $9.20!!
Big. Iced. Caramel. Strong. Ok, sure three shots. Wait... I'm not making up a coffee, right? There'll be cream in there, yeah?

Premium price and a prison service. Absolutely dreadful. Avoid this one if you can. No bathroom, no seating, served in the wrong order, tatty. Lots of homeless..America what has happened to you !

I wasted 5 dollar on a flat white that I order with ROOOOM. I asked it to be made with less milk but I received my order with full cup of milky coffee. The dumb barista just poured the coffee in the sink to get more room in the cup instead of remaking the coffee with less amount of MILK. She kept arguing that it will be the same if she would remake the coffee, Girl wheres your logic? I swear to God Im not in the mood for argument, just left the coffee in the counter. Wasted effort. Wasted Money. Ruined mood. To this Old Latina barista please just quit your Job, cant make things right.

All Starbucks charge for dairy alternative, not only unfair to POC who are usually more lactose intolerant but to vegans and certain vegetarians / those with health issues.
No tables or any places to sit down at this location unfortunately.

If you looking for bad service this is the place to be they’re always talking each other or with regulars that it look like they are the only one that get good service if you’re outsider forget about so meaning it’s taken forever to get you order they don’t even say hi i be there with you in a minute or something plus the older latino lady always with attitude and drinks never done right better go to Starbucks by Safeway that is next door

Ordered a regular coffee and made me wait 5min until they were done taking all the orders from the line. I only ordered a regular coffee. They always serve those right away. Terrible
